I'm now starting to realize why they havent released Hart yet

They're not willing to make the effort to get anyone signed, and they already have Hart signed

If Hart is a Bengal when the 2021 season begins, I am done.

I will always love and root for this team, but this right here is why I’m just getting tired of even caring anymore. This is a time bengals fans should be excited, problem is there is nothing to get excited about. 
 

I really miss the old days where Marvin actually knew how to build a coaching staff, and they actually drafted good players to start for this team. It’s to bad nobody ever knew what to do with them when there contracts ended. However at least every year this team had a chance for the playoffs and I actually had something to cheer for, now the only thing I’m cheering for is better coaches, and somebody who knows how to draft and actually attract players here and pay them!

My Ja’Marr chase dream is dead. Has to be Sewell or slater now at 5. Agree with Hoosier that they have locked themselves into a reach if Sewell is gone.  As usual, this is frustrating.

In this set of circumstances, wherein New Guy gets even less protection than he did last year, it really doesnt matter

In order to start rebuilding this the correct way, they'll now need to take 4 lineman with their first 4 picks, one of which can be a passrushing DL

I think trading down from 5 - especially if Sewell is gone at 5 - to the Vera-Tucker level looks even better now under these shitty circumstances

dont for a moment think New Guy won't be noticing this........he's too well mannered a guy to go the Deshaun Watson or even the Russel Wilson route just yet, but thats where this complete inability to do the right thing by New Guy is leading.
