Same line as last season, and it was a little bit later in the season, but Zac fixed the run game to go from one of the worst up to like 4th in the league. I was so excited for that again and they came out and sucked. Hopefully Zac can fix it again.

Well Al Golden signed his other love child in LB Jack Kiser from Jax practice squad. Golden love this kid, as he played under him at Notre Dame. He said his defense only came together after Kiser started playing and really wanted him in the draft. Now I wonder if he will see the field other than special teams. Can he tackle better. Golden said Kiser can really read defenses.

They have done it before on offense that is. Last year they took there run game from one of the worst, to one of the best halfway through the season. I was excited about that this season about Chase Brown and running, but it’s like they just through all of that out. Hopefully they can figure something out. Defense yea who knows with them, not sure if they will find a fix or not. They are so up and down, when they are up and guys are tackling flying to the ball, getting to the QB it’s so awesome to watch, then the next drive they go back to last years defense. Not sure how you fix that.

So weird stat of the day the Bengals run defense leads the league in stuffed runs Also leads the league in giving up over 10 yards or more a carry. So they are so up and down as a defense right now, it sucks. I’m guessing it’s when Lawerence is in and when Lawrence is out.

Prevent can be ok if your team can tackle, but they are one of the worst tackling teams. Keep everything in front of you and tackle them, not let them get 5-6 extra yards I mean come on. 3rd and 13 does not mean let the QB run for 30 yards!

Pretty much all games it felt like the Bengals had it, till Golden decided to play whatever the hell you call that defense. Everyone play back and just make sure you tackle when they catch the ball. Worst defense at the end Golden! For once just once blitz quit letting QBs feel comfortable back there. If you’re going to take out your best players and substitute on every play, then you need to do something to create pressure!!!! Hire Mike Zimmer please this team needs a hard ass on defense who will actually coach them. Coaching is everything! Bengals defense used to suck then they hired Zimmer and next thing you know they are a top 10 unit! Coaching matters and Golden is not it!

So I understand keeping the DL fresh. But is it me or are they changing all the time like after every play it seems? When Dexter is not in there this defense is trash like even more so. I remember under Marvin when Geno and that pretty good d-line was here switching like this, and Geno would wreck games. If you keep taking Dexter out how is he supposed to do that?

Most of those 220 yards were gashes. It’s like they either get o yards or 20 yard runs. It’s so up and down anymore

I don’t know great a win, but does not make feel any better about this team at all. Why does Golden never blitz? Why does he assume this d-line will get there, when they don’t the other team just goes right down the field. It’s a joke! Freaking quit playing prevent, pressure the other QB what are we doing Golden! Both offense and defense defense needs a reset at the bye. New game plans please
