The assumption that they're only concerned with in-season expenses and roll-over cap is reliant upon them being the same franchise that would never trade #10 for Dexter Lawrence or restructure the QB in the first place. Saying that the players snd coaches have accomplished everything they wanted to accomplish in the off-season, Taylor today cancelled the rest of minicamp (which began yesterday and was scheduled to end tomorrow).
