With their 1st pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select:

AJ GREEN, WR, GEORGIA

I really am excited about this pick.

Green, Simpson, Shipley, Caldwell, Gresham

Bring in a vet QB and they actually win some games this year.

No doubt alot of young talent at the skill postion. Now they just have to figure out there QB postion LOL

Figuring that one out is what our teams success will hinge on!

I like AJ Green not bad getting the guy most considered top prospect not long ago...

Just a shame because WR was a need but we have so many other needs...Fingers crossed we get kaepernick, ponder, dalton or locker in rnd 2 even though really think we need upgrade safety/Oline.

Pretty much the only thing I like about this pick is that it will make it easier to say buh-bye to OchoNoShow

So if he remains with the team despite the drafting of Green, I will go from tolerating this pick to hating it

Bottom line: bad pick, but they could have done worse (ie a QB, RB, TE, K, P, or LS)

Question is who i dont like many of the QBs that are left in this draft, so that is a big question

Was it just me, or did Green have that deer in the headlights look when he heard the Bengals drafted him?

He didn't look too excited.

In any case, it really doesn't matter who they pick, unless it's an o-lineman or d-lineman, it won't help them any time soon ultimately.

So...*shrug*

Good luck with Jordan Palmer AJ.
