Weren't we just talking about Rang over at CBS and him changing his pick every so often to keep people tuning in ??

Well guess who he has at #24 for us now....

Derek Carr

Can we agree that is just a troll move? There is no way in hell we are taking Derek Carr. Maybe Mikey paid Rang to post that baloney, then emailed the link to Andy, the unspoken message being: sign or we'll give your money to that Carr guy's little brother.

Can't say I remember BBF, but I do miss the chain that gave the world the most awesome word ever:

chef-and-jeff.jpg

I think BBF was in central Ohio and West Virginia, only. Sorry you missed out on the whirling satellite. And on the jingle that is still in my head like 40 plus years later. Whoever wrote that thing deserves some kind of jingle Grammy.

Yeah, I made the comment when he changed (for like the 12th time) who the Bengals were going to take in his last mock.

It always changes. I've made the comment many times that the Bengals can go in more directions than most want to admit, but d*mn.

I honestly think they will go with either CB, OLB, DE, OG. That's 4. He's a "professional" mock guy. Narrow it down dude. Go out on that limb.

My favorite burger joint as a kid is still open, though not under quite the same name...

Burger Chef was great. Ate at the one in Delhi growing up.

Burger Chewf and Jeff.

It was where I transitioned from the kids meal to adult size items...... <misty> is there an exceptionally high amount of pollen in the air today?

The pollen is f*cking ridiculous. That's right, I said it, f*cking ridiculous.

I couldn't even open my eyes yesterday morning due to my allergies.

Sh*t was so bad, I had to call off for the day. Can you believe that sh*t ?? For allergies.

It's this time of the season that makes me question moving back to Cincinnati.

For the record, I would rather talk about Burger Chef and allergies instead of another two weeks of waiting for the draft.

Somewhere in a box in my parents basement, there is a Burger Chef 45 that I got in a kids' meal long ago. On it, we hear Burger Chef and Jeff have an adventure in a haunted house, if I recall correctly. Fantastic.

Some cereal when I was a kid had 45 rpm records, not in the box, but they were part of the box. You cut a circle out of the back of the box, put the circle on the turntable, and rock out to the menacing death-metal of The Archies.

Glad your parents kept that gem. I just hope Burger Chef and Jeff made it out of the haunted house ok.

That sounds sooooo familiar! I distinctly remember The Fangburgers, the longtime Burger Chef vampire spokesfamily. Whoever ran the marketing department for BC was one weird dude. Clowns? Kings? Screw that, we got frikkin' vampires!

ETA: I love the internet!

Incrediburgible! :lmao:/>/>

Yeah...ghost dancing circus bear...that's got bong hits written all over it.

What are we talking about here, reefers? That's what you Burger Chef customers are all about isn't it? WHICH IS WHY BBF RAN DECENCY RALLIES IN THEIR PARKING LOT!!

Burger Chef = Promotion guys on acid giving out vampire spokesman records subliminally promoting drug use to little kids.

BBF = Wholesome family fun, with a good haircut and a patriotic message!

BBF clearly tried to stem the tide of secular hippieism that was washing over this country in the '60s, but they failed thanks to the efforts of fucking Burger Chef and their vampire spokesman telling little kids to drop out, tune in, and turn on.
