  1. The funniest thing about the Browns drafting Dion’s content prop is that they actually traded up to do it. Also, it’s pretty clear Haslam forced this pick. There is video of the coach and the GM watching as the pick is announced, and they could not hide their feelings. Stone faced is how I’d put it.
  2. Can probably play teams as well.
  3. Quit criticizing the Clunky Mover.
  4. Smallest scouting department in the league. But they must feel they found something in these surprise picks that other teams didn’t find. Our pretty significant character directive could push some of these guys up our board and devalue some of the consensus guys we pass on.
  5. True. Everything you read says his strength is pass blocking, Lo and Behold, we throw more than anyone in the league.
  6. Least shocking thing about this draft: NFL coaches and GMs have very little interest in becoming part of the Dion Sanders family reality show.
  7. Grotesque. But I guess if the trauma he experienced ignites a shame-induced personality disorder characterized by extreme violence and sociopathic sadism, it’ll all be worth it and he’ll have a long career in the nfl. Shocking that the bengals are this forward thinking and innovative.
  8. Damn, just straight up handing him the job on draft day. He has the one weakness that NFL teams seem able to address - weakness. Weakness is his weakness. Through the wonders of clandestine pharmacy, guys come into the league and get faster and stronger. I hope this youngster is up to this. Jumping into a 17 game season as a rookie starter is not a small thing.
  9. Could eventually be a starter.
  10. When I wanted them to draft another guard, the lions snagged him right in front of us. History repeats itself. Come to think of it, the names are similar. Ragnow, Ratledge.
  11. Green to the Ravens. Not looking forward to dealing with that dude twice a year.
  12. I feel a lot better after reading that. Makes a ton of sense.
  13. Also - true to our prototype, he’s a high character guy, good person, and it is very encouraging to read that he's like 100% effort all the time. Driven and has a motor.
  14. I read the same thing about the senior bowl, he made a big impression.
  15. In this confusing, ever-changing world, it is reassuring to have Mike pick Freaky Decathalete every year. I feel grounded. I can breathe. Thanks Mike!
  16. Maybe with his great pressure stats (but can’t finish) he’ll collapse the pocket, flush the QB, and Trey can get even more sacks.
  17. “Production is a little overrated.” - Shamar Stewart.
  18. Yep. We need real football players. This dude is a project.
  19. Drowning my sorrows over this complete bust pick by hammering down a whole box of graham crackers.
  20. Steelers pass on Will Johnson. Really surprised.
  21. I’m going next door to kick my neighbor’s dog.
  22. Seriously hate this pick. Typical Mike, falls in love with athleticism and measurables, forgets the kid actually has to play football.
  23. Are we getting trolled by the Brown family, this fucking bum can’t even get sacks in college. What the fuck.
  24. Would have loved to get Walker. Lucky for Atlanta he fell even this far.
  25. Edge or linebacker? I think it will be one or the other.
