So glad they are home for these last two. Nine road games out of 15 so far is a helluva thing.  6-3 in that is excellent. And they get an extra day to rest and get ready.

Holiday fun fact:

Here are the NFL career passing percentage leaders (min 1500 attempts, source: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/pass_cmp_perc_career.htm)

With 1488 attempts, Joe #Burrow has completed 68.5% of his passes, if his next 12 passes are incomplete he will be eligible and will lead the category with 67.9%. Truly an insane man.

Adeniji will work with the 1s this week in practice.  Admittedly the offense looked bad once Collins went out.  They’ll have a week to integrate Adeniji, they should not look like they did yesterday.

Adeniji at least should perform better at his natural position (tackle) than he did at guard in the postseason last year. The offensive line is still far better on the interior.

I actually thought Adeniji looked pretty good, they might struggle some running to the right now though. To be honest I don’t think Collins has been that great all season, he has gotten better, but I think Adeniji will be fine.

Everything is intensified at this point in the season. Bengals will have played the hardest schedule in the league the last 7 games. So far they are 5-0. If they are SB competitors, they will keep winning. It doesn’t matter who or where they play. Collins goes down, the offense focuses more. The stakes increase each game, so does their intensity. Collins is a loss but not one that can completely derail them.

At this point I would guess there is no one better than Adeniji to take that spot. If someone off the street that has never seen our playbook to this point is a better option, all the other current non-starting OT’s should be released.

The o-line has been MUCH better than last year’s version and losing one player should not move the needle that much.

This is silly. He's still under contract to the Rams and the trade deadline is passed. On top of him not having trained for 10 months.
