Week 16: Bengals @ Patriots

The Patriots converted multiple 3rds and long against triple coverage, with a barely-good catch on the sideline, with a colossal fluke ricochet TD, and forced a Chase fumble. That’s not to mention the miscommunication and pick six.

I’m throwing it out. Horrible luck throughout the second half and the Bengals won anyway.

We’re on to Buffalo.

At this point, I think Zach Wilson is entering Ryan Leaf/Akili Smith/Jamarcus Russell territory.

Just to follow up, appears he’s done in NY.

Thank goodness. I suggest we all throw out that second half. New England had more than one very unlikely play to keep them alive.

100%. Sometimes shit just happens. Awesome they found a way to make one last play and win it. I really had resigned myself that winning 7 in a row was a bridge too far and that luck was against them in the second half. Will happily take the W and let them learn from that.

The first half went exactly like I thought it would. That was the Patriots team I was expecting. Then the second half comes and they are lucky to leave with the “W”.

That being said, they fucking left with the “W”. Suck it New England !!

Merry Christmas to my Bengalszone family and to your families as well !!
