For that I must serve some time being incarcerated. For how long I do not know right now. Before I go I'd like to say I love you guys. You make this site my favorite on the web by far. They wanted to sentence me today to 7 years in Arizona Department of Corrections, but I've got a kick ass public defender. He's also an old friend of mine who has been over my house many times and gotten stinking drunk with me. Pure coincidence he got assigned to me. He sited some case law right off the top of his head, filed some motions, pulled a few underhanded dirty lawyer tricks, and got the sentence kicked down to the minimum of 3 years, and with time served and good behavior could easily drop to 2. He's also filing some change of division paper work that could keep me free and back working at my job for another 3 months.The day will come when I'll have to face the music, but today ain't the day! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
