Spor_tees
Can we just give them Josh Freeman QB (Kansas State) or Peria Jerry or Evander Hood (BOTH DTs) or Michael Johnson DE - GT and MOVE ON!!!Let's hear a quick consensus on who the Bucs should pick, and we'll move on.I say either Oher or Percy Harvin. If Oher drops this far haw can you pass up a solid tackle prospect, yet Tampa's WR have always been weak and who else would be a better fit than an in-state guy like Harvin? Clackwoods
I am surprised Beanie Wells is still available. He is going to NO in the real draft. If he doesn't go their I don't think he will make it past the Bucs. If he does slide past them I could see the Bengals trading back up into the first round to pick him up. They would have to give up their second, third, and sixth rounder to slide up to 27 to get him because none of the teams between 22-27 need a RB. The next team with a need is the Eagles. If Graham and Willaims can ever stay healthy they are more than stocked at RB now.

redsbengalsbucks
the Pats pick barwin over mathews? that's just ridiculous. You seem to find many picks by other well informed posters as ridiculous. DesperateDerelict
the Pats pick barwin over mathews? that's just ridiculous.1) IMHO - I think Mathews translates MUCH better into the 4-3, not so good into the 3-4 2) As a Bearcat alum, I'd like to Connor get his due3) Barwin's versatility, and their ability to coach him on their system for a year, is what really swayed me.4) What, the he!!, the Pats are always doing something weird to prove how smart they are.Actually, I think either Mualaaga or Tyson Jackson will fall to them, but Clay Mathews will probably be gone....GM's love pedigree. Wraith
You see I think just the opposite, Matthews is a classic 3-4 OLB rushing the passer from the elephant position, I think he would fit great in Baltimore for example.
Clackwoods
the Pats pick barwin over mathews? that's just ridiculous.I think Barwin is a Vrabel clone and that would be their reasoning for picking him. If he had more time on the defensive side of the ball I think he would be a lock for the top 20. I love Mathews, but to the Pats I understand this pick. COB
haha, COB's a bag of fail today I can't believe I drafted two ineligible players. My attention to detail in these matters is lacking. Sorry about holding the whole thing up, fellas, and thanks for making the pick for me as I was on the road with no computer. I was torn on who to select next anyway, I had it down to either Adrian Peterson from Oklahoma (can't beleive he's still available) or Jack Tatum, that hard-hitting safety from Ohio State. BengalszoneBilly
Can someone here tell me how Georgie Boy got the Miami pick? I've reviewed the entire thread, and I see no posts from him requesting this. Chuck this chump and lets move on and finish what was started here before the actual draft starts.
