  1. The smack talk from the Chiefs and their fans is outstanding. Remember last year when crowd noise was their secret weapon? Buncha clowns.
  2. If you got time our boy JT O' Sullivan "QB School" on youtube breaks down Joe Burrow v Titans. Must watch. "Best back shoulder thrower in the game".
  3. I would love the Illinois Conerback, Witherspoon? - Good coverage and strong run support. I think his early grades are 2nd/3rd, but the way CBs are selected it would not shock me he ends up in the 1st. Would also love pass rush. Then pending how this line finishes up, tackle would be of interest.
  4. Awesome! Unfortunately I will be out of town. But a very gracious offer. I heard the most expensive ticket was $8,100.
  5. Dunlap returning to the Jungle too.
  6. Like it. The offensive line took time to get together. Coming out of the bye they faced two outstanding fronts on the road. It was important to just play average and they've played great. Now I understand Tenn had some players out but still. Coming home after 2 straight road games. I was not expecting a hangover this week. This line cements the disrespect angle. I don't think we'll be seeing any blow out (although) would be nice. I expect a barn burner and hopefully Bengals on top at the end.
  7. Just an unreal defensive performance. OL coming together. Jungle will be rocking for the chiefs.
  8. Damn I thought he got it off.
  9. I've never been a big believer in SOS in the NFL. The Dead Cat Bounce was real for a reason. So many playoff teams rolled into Cincy and the game wasn't decided until the 4th and sometimes resulted in a loss. You got a half way decent QB and a coach that motivates, look out. Having "name" teams could very easily be an advantage for the Bengals down the stretch especially with a number of them at home.
  10. Huber has been around a long time and has been a terrific punter. I was surprised he made it out of camp as I thought it was close or the new guy was leading. Now that the transition has been made hopefully we don't have a critical special teams mistake down the road tied to the new punter because that's all they'll hear about. Can't remember the year but Huber avoiding a blocked punt by going around his back is an all-time highlight.
  11. Chase returning to practice!
  12. Just for the record. The Bengals beat the Steelers 5 out of 6 in the early/mid 80s and then 6 in a row late 80s/early 90s. The current 4 out of 5 would be the 3rd best streak vs. Steelers The last back to back in Pittsburgh was accomplished in 2005 and 2006.
  13. Love hearing Steeler fans cry about the Bengals talking smack after a loss. Apparently they are mad at the Collins comments concerning Watt and the Bengals defense stating their offense was predictable. They should be thankful they didn't get the sweep this year.
  14. Don't know. Maybe it was the direction? I thought kick offs improved going the opposite direction. There has always been one end of that stadium that is a beast to kick into. They closed off one end of that stadium a few years back but it has been a bear kicking into.
  15. Titans never get respect. Up until the Bengals beat them in the playoffs, I thought they were truly the AFC best team and now they are rolling again.
  16. O-line gave up some plays but an overall good game against that front. Need to bring it back for Titans. Rolling up 400+ and 37 point on the road. Great offensive performance. The Bengals need to bury their "Pickens" into a decade of losing so he'll become a lockeroom nightmare.
  17. This. That was a Franchise QB drive for the ages!
  18. Which JC isn’t coming back til December? Jesus or J’MAr
  19. Paycor too close to the river for grass. The Original grass field was unsafe because they had to use a higher sand base for drainage and the never held up especially when it got cold.
  20. I think it was cheap because of the roll of shoulder and hook of the leg with the lead arm (crawl) while had a stable base with a knee and off hand on the ground. Didn't need to do that at all. Sure he may not have intended to blow the knee out. Also if you look clearly there was was smoke coming from the grassy knoll. Anyway the 2005 line was among the best that year and just because Kimo took Palmer's knee out in that manner (whether you determine it to be cheap or not) doesn't change that.
  21. Andy is a competent starter or was. He was never a guy to lift a team for a period of games. He is still very much a one read QB. Once that singular read is closed it gets iffy for him.
  22. Bengals flexed out of prime time. Consider their inability to win on NBC's Sunday Night football , I guess this is a good thing. I'm kinda annoyed because I think/hope they would have beaten the Steelers in prime time crushing that narrative. Kinda shocked they would flex the Steelers out of Sunday Night but they suck.
  23. No one said he was, but it is fact his line was among the best in 2005 season. It is also fact Kimo crawled into his knee. Argue those points if you wish.
  24. Whatever Bill Cowher. The ACL tear was a cheap shot plain and simple. The hit came after the ball being out, Kimo had a knee and off hand on the ground prior to rolling the shoulder into his knee.
  25. The o line was awesome with Palmer except maybe 2008 when they started to age. Made Rudi Johnson a star. Rebuilt it again and made Green -Ellis serviceable.
