Drive to Steubenville and walk around a city in bad decline that has over 200 giant nutcrackers sitting on their downtown sidewalks.

He didn’t look that good. Maybe it was the wind, but nothing Chrisman did jumped out. But that’s good compared to Huber this year because some of his stuff did stand out, but not in a good way. I’m looking forward to Chrisman getting to punt in any kind of benign condition. We’ll see what he is then. Maybe he’s a long term answer, maybe we draft the best punter available next year. I think punting is way more important than than the draft capital/real capital most teams put into it.

So our remaining games are: Titans Chiefs Browns Buccaneers Patriots Bills Ravens Somehow the cowboys aren’t in there. But it’s like 6 of the top 10 teams in the league and the Browns thrown in for good measure. At a minimum we need to win 4 of those games. 5 or more would be great, but if we get ten wins we have a chance. Let’s hope we can beat the Pats, the Browns, and the Buccaneers. They are the shakiest on that list. That leaves us with a must win - one game out of the Titans, Bills, and Ravens.

Has anyone heard anything about our kickoff game? With our analytics addicted coach, is it possible that our short kickoffs were intentional? Could stats show returned kicks lead to worse outcomes for returning team than touchbacks or fair catches? Difficult to believe our kicker had that many complete misses on kickoffs.

Such a great win. The score was closer than the game. Our first drive suffered from an uncalled PI on Minkah, then one of their drives were helped by a couple iffy holding/pi calls. 3 out of the last 4 from our hated rivals. But for aged LS injury, we win all 4. Ravens looking less right now. Tough road ahead but at least we’re on the road.
