That field at Paycor is racking up some injuries. Tua got a brain injury there this year, I think I recall him getting carted off. Ryan Shazier received a pretty serious injury to his spine there, glad he recovered enough to walk. Now this youngster has a heart event that almost ended his life. Maybe every nfl field has this macabre history, I don’t pay attention to the other fields enough to know.

Ok so we’re on to the Ravens.

The league would probably love to seize another weekend of tv. Imagine the profits. I wonder though if the union will let them. My belief is the union will not allow the players to play in a rescheduled game. The game is likely gone for good, they’ll have to come up with some artificial fix that is as fair as they can make it, then just move forward with the schedule as is.

The league should have made a decision last night. They were too busy seizing the moral high ground, didn’t want to appear callous, cold hearted, or greedy. All this “all we care about now is this young man’s health,” bullshit from the league does not change the reality that this 18 billion dollar industry absolutely wrecks the bodies and neurological health of its young employees.

That sure looks like it fits. I wonder if they needed a defibrillator. Probably had one in the ambulance.

But it also means we can’t pas the chiefs to get home field.

If they call this game a tie, we’ve got the division.

I love Suzie Kolber, Booger, and Schefty. But they were so woefully inadequate trying to fill time. Great at delivering prepared remarks, but having to create dialogue, deliver off the cuff remarks - no. Not an easy situation.

I don’t think they’ll award a win. I would have guessed they’ll come back and finish it tomorrow. But the sentiment in here makes me wonder if they’ll do that. Probably have to move next week’s games for the bengals and bills to Monday if they finish it tomorrow.

I’m sure you guys have all read the same thing - Adeniji is the more athletic guy, pretty good movement. But Prince is just better at dropping anchor and this Buffalo dude is a bull rush specialist. Sorry to hear some of the difficulties you all are experiencing. Similar here, youngest shows up from the university for Xmas break, a couple days later he’s diagnosed with pneumonia. Luckily he’s responding well to treatment - 2 antibiotics and an inhaler. Now when I call home at noon he’s like, “of course I’m still sleeping, trying to fight off this pneumonia!”
