There's nothing less useful to this Bengals team than a half-year rental at wide receiver. Burrow needs reps with a player to nail down their timing, and that just wouldn't happen with Downs. He'd do nothing. If there's a big trade coming, I would most desire a safety. Derwin James, anyone? The Jonathan Taylor rumors may be slightly on crack, but that'd be fun too. He'd certainly bolster the under-center game. Half the problem there is Burrow's reticence to turn his back, and half is Chase Brown being completely useless after contact.
