BUT, if I did play fantasy football these days, I’d weekly pick up whatever tight end the bengals linebackers would be trying to cover that week. We’re getting killed over the middle on these short TE routes. And honestly, on some not so short TE routes. To me this is the biggest difference between now and in 2021, 2022 seasons. They knew how to finish, or learned how to finish anyways. Those years they started 2-2 and even 0 wins for a bit. Burrow got hot started making the right decision. Zac changed up his schemes and actually started looking good. They finished games, they had a ton of 1 score games and they found ways to come out on top. Right now they are not doing that at all. They need that magic back, and hopefully they find it. Quote

After 3 days of no eating but trying to keep fighting, we bought a cow from a local dude, killed it and ate like kings that night. I don’t recall ever being so happy to eat in my life. However, the cow was infected with Giardia and we all spent the next few months pissing out of our asses. Note to self… don’t do that again. Oh and yes, wash your hands. 1 Quote

COB Posted October 11 Report Posted October 11 Trying to watch the jags/eagles game but Ron Torbert’s crew is officiating. There was an exciting play on the opening kickoff, jags ran it all the way back for a touchdown. Very exciting for those overseas fans! But wait! Ron Torbert and crew decide to call not one, not two, not three, but four penalties on the play. His whole crew meets at midfield to talk for like 5 minutes, because he’s really the show here. The announcers run the replay and they can’t find the holding Torbert’s crew called. Torbert also kicks two guys out for a standard push and shove/wrestling at the end of the play. They run that replay and they can’t find those offenses either. Torbert sucks, he’s the worst white hat in this game, he hates the bengals and he screws us every time he calls one of our games. 1 Quote
COB Posted October 11 Report Posted October 11 Bought a ninety dollar SRO ticket and drove up to Cleveland last night to watch the guardians game 5 vs the white Sox. Kind of a pitching dual, but still very exciting game and worth the effort. The Bengals need that kind of energy in their stadium. They seriously need to get a home playoff game this year. Quote
