Show me any championship football program from highschool to the pros that's keeps a coach that can't beat the biggest rival at home.

Marvin's is lucky he isn't coaching highschool ball.   He'd have an angry booster club to answer to.   Instead he's got Katie and Mike.

What a fucking crock of shit.

I feel you man, but the problem resides with Mikie.

Please, please Santa - bring me a Marvin Lewis contract extension.

Boy, you guys don't just have a bad team.   You've got a horrible organization.   Keep employing derelicts.   Keep coaching with no discipline.  Keep aiming for the playoffs rather than the Super Bowl.

I absolutely loved the 4th quarter meltdown.

Enjoy the offseason.

Utter failure.

Holding Green out, even if he at 70%, is akin to giving up.

Why keep Dre out there after so many holding calls.. Why isn't Dennard given a try.

This team is populated with weakness and  mediocrity, it's all tied to Lewis.

Zampese shits the bed in another second half. Dalton looks like crap. Hill is slow, line lacks intensity. Rex doesn't get enough touches.

Blow it up.

As soon as the Ravens show you the door, I will.

One thing that's glaringly obvious is that Eiffert, absolutely, disappears in big games.

Secondly, they need to draft a specialist edge pass rusher. They have no one who can change a game when they opposition has to play from behind and throw

All true. But instead they waste years on Hunt. And then take Clarke, and don't sign any FAs till Gilberry pops up.

They organization is truly the issue.

This is a difficult team to root for.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTING after the first half. we had the game won at halftime but failed to kill off the Steeler's, let them get right back at us, defended the lead rather than attacked the game - that in my view was done to Marvin's call.

The challenge on Hills 3rd down effort for the "TD" just about sums up Marvin for me, never gonna win it but what the hell let's waste a timeout anyway.

It's all about the draft now, but I guess that was the situation even before today's game.

1st Pick = paul alexander creaming his jeans about some crocked guy who can't play for shit .....oh wait, i think that already happened

Predictable outcome, same old thing that's been happening for years and years now in December against Pitt or any other good team more often than not.

Nice halftime adjustments Mah-vin.  Defensive penalties galore, o-line that is a complete mess, a QB who wilts like a delicate flower under pressure unless he's playing a bad team like Cleveland or Philly.

Whatever, I have no idea how they fix all of their problems in the offseason, so many ? marks and under-performing high draft picks are going to kill them for a few years.

Meh. They did better than I expected but I remain completely unsurprised they lost. With Green out they can't stretch the field, Hill sucks but they keep wasting snaps on him, Eifragile remains the forgotten man and the defense let big play after big play slip through their grasp...literally. Seen it all year.

On the plus side Fisher seemed OK, and Burkhead continued to show why he deserves an extension, not Hill. Zeitler had a good game, if Lap's praise was any indication. Oh, and the new kicker didn't miss any, so that's a plus.

Those are real, positive notes.

Also could add: Cody Core looks decent. Ericson has good vision as KR.

The ugly: Dre can't handle elite wide outs. Dennard can't get on the field except ST. Shaw looked vulnerable. There is little to no pass rush. Hunt is a waste of space, just like Clarke. Johnson looks anonymous.
