His coaches love his play but he's undisciplined off the field. needs to grow up and learn how to be a pro. Quote

I don't like Fisher as a player much, he has some technique flaws. Kroft is probably the best all around TE prospect in the draft, he can block and run routes.We needed LB depth badly and Dawson was the BPA for that need. Quote

Odell Thurman.... the knack for finding the ball, the pure play reading. Dude, this is why the talking heads who know (like Mayock) said he has the best tape/play of any LB.Gotta love this pick.
