So it's a slightly front-loaded deal and doesn't appear to include a signing bonus. I would bet there are similar roster bonuses in the second and third years. Bottom line, it's a year-by-year deal the Bengals can walk away from at any point with minimal to no cap consequences. Quote

I have to say, though, I was shocked to read the guy is already 30 (and will be 31 when the season starts). That would be a bit of a concern, esp for a guy we'd want to be able to feature on special teams. Quote

If Sims had been more durable, I'd REALLY hate them letting him go. As it is I still MAY REALLY hate it, but only if Still/Thompson don't improve. Hard to get too worked up about this one. Quote
