He wasn’t. After finishing with the Chargers in 2023, he was on his couch until the Pats signed him to their taxi squad last month. Obviously that gig came to a close once the regular season was over. Now he’s caught on in Houston thanks to Johnson getting waived and a hole opening up on the Texans’ PS after they bumped Wayne up to take his spot. Probably won’t see the field but might get a free trip to the Super Bowl out of it…

Finally a good game

When I talk about how watching our offense is like pulling teeth, that td pass is the exact opposite of what I’m talking about. We need to make defenses fear us. We are going to hit our best receiver in the end zone and there nothing you can do to stop us. We 100 percent have the talent to do that but for some reason we struggle. Bengals need to find that killer instinct.

Of course there’s always hope. How else will our hearts be broken again? Hope is Mike Brown’s greatest ally. Hope is what made him rich. Championships, not so much. To quote a very wise poster here: “depression sets in.”
