  1. I just want to see Tomlin taking his first losing season.
  2. PFT picked up on it as well… https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/12/25/eli-apple-accuses-mac-jones-of-dirty-play-for-low-block/
  3. Mac Jones was a bitch at Alabama and he hasn’t changed a bit. Whiny, bitching and moaning. Fuck you Mac Jones.
  4. My son and I will be there screaming until we are hoarse !! Can’t fucking wait !! Let’s go boys !!
  5. The first half went exactly like I thought it would. That was the Patriots team I was expecting. Then the second half comes and they are lucky to leave with the “W”. That being said, they fucking left with the “W”. Suck it New England !! Merry Christmas to my Bengalszone family and to your families as well !!
  6. When it gets to a wind chill of -59, then they can let me know how it feels. Freezer Bowl baby !!! Pussies…
  7. I don't know what to think about Lamar to be honest. He's obviously an athletic anomaly, but that in and of itself doesn't make him a great QB. He's been asking for a new deal, but doesn't have an agent and Baltimore states that are willing to work a new deal. I would think he should consider that Kyler Murray signed his deal and is now going to be paid for missing an extended period of time. Lamar has no such guarantees at this point. To be honest though, it's all a big whatever to me. All I need is Desmond Ridder to carry the Falcons to a win this Sunday !!!
  8. They better be careful, our partially blind friend's nickname is "Lucky" and he carries a shotgun in his trunk.
  9. I will let you know that 2002 Honda Accord probably has like 237,000 miles on it. The driver is 86 years old and half blind. The tire shop sold him a full sized replacement, charged him full price and then installed the donut. I mean what the fuck do you expect ?? Just give him his Steakhouse Onion Rings and Cherry Turnover and get him the hell out of the way.
  10. That’s one of my favorite Bengals moments of all time. Tide turning for sure.
  11. "Pumpkin, bring daddy his copy of the Enquirer." "Well, look at that, Franco Harris passed away." "Old Frankie... Frank and Beans..." "Him and that immaculate contraception." "I'll never forget that." "What's for dinner?" RIP Franco Harris
  12. Let's hope that's the only thing Zac takes away from Marvin Lewis...
  13. Good thing we have multiple running backs capable of handling a ground and pound approach. Get the ball, make good early in the game and force them into passing situations, playing from behind.
  14. Was so sad to hear this. That was the year I joined the Army and remember sitting in Germany watching the World Series that year. Two things I really thought were cool/funny that Reds season regarding Browning. His perfect game was so dominant that he didn't get to three balls in the count against any batter he faced that day. If I remember correctly during the World Series his wife went into labor, he left, and the game went into extras. Piniella put out word to get him back, but he never came back and the Reds still won. Anyway, 62 is too young. Rest in peace Mr. Perfect !!
  15. Things are going to definitely change up on the defensive side with both T-Rex and Hubbard out for the game. Anarumo is going to have his work cut out for him in trying to stick fingers in the leaks. There is no one on the depth chart after Sample and you are left with Ossai and Gunter. They have Raymond Johnson (?) on the practice squad as well. Maybe Anarumo mixes things up with the scheme to try to help the pass rush out. Bring more blitzes ?? While I'm not scared of the Patriots, you can't just leave about any NFL QB time to sit back in the pocket. Curious how it will play out more than anything.
  16. Very sad indeed...
  17. So apparently the Bengals clinch a playoff spot if the Jags beat the Jets on Thursday. Go Jags !!!
  18. Again, that's the pick Brady thinks just fell into Pratt's hands like it was a gift and nothing played into it. EXCEPT... when looking at it again, you see the Bengals putting mad pressure on Brady. Reader flushes him from the pocket and Ossai hits him as he releases the pass that floats forever. Pratt makes a move for the ball, falls, but doesn't give up, still making the play on the ball. YEAH, the Bucs really gave that one to us. Hilarious the stupid narrative people spew.
  19. Here's something that, despite the Bengals winning, really pisses me off. Why is it, that when a team gets beat by the Bengals, it's always the other team shooting themselves in the foot? Why isn't it that the Bengals are making great fucking plays? Reader forced that fumble. Flowers and Pratt made plays to get those interceptions. (The Brady handoff fumble was his fault though) My point is, people under estimate and give zero credit to the team playing the ball they do. The coach calling it, "The Bucs vs. the Bucs", Brady calling it like a win falling out of the sky to the Bengals. What the fuck ever. The Bucs were handling business in the first half. THE BENGALS beat their ass like a fucking drum in the second half.
  20. Yeah a few weeks back I commented about their schedule and that has gone in the opposite direction for sure. Happy to see those teams make the Ravens efforts a little more challenging !!
  21. Regarding the injuries, it would not surprise me to see the team sit those guys to give them time to heal up instead of pushing it. If I'm being totally honest, I think the Patriots suck big fat donkey balls. Their 7-7 record is a product of beating mostly shitty teams. Wins against Steelers, Lions, Browns, Jets (x2), Colts, and Cardinals. A few head scratching losses to the Packers, Bears and Raiders yesterday, to top that off. I don't want to get overconfident, but I was more concerned about the Bucs yesterday with a losing record then I am the Patriots.
  22. I think the Bills are an amazing team and I enjoy watching Josh Allen ball out. I still respect their fans for what they did with Dalton's foundation after we helped them get into the playoffs that year. That being said, they aren't invincible. They aren't to be scared of or intimidated by. While I would love the #1 seed, I won't be complaining about a #2 or #3 with the AFC North title. Something makes me feel like time off or resting guys might jinx the whole damn thing.
  23. Nope, none at all. My 16 year old reminds me nearly every day. My suits are the closest thing I have to "looking the part", but that's really not me. I just faked it until I fit in and now have to keep it up. I'm a t-shirt, shorts and running shoes (if any) kind of guy.
  24. Additionally, let me add something else I've noticed this season. Maybe I just never paid attention, but I recall Burrow getting attention about the crap he wears walking into a stadium and now it's everywhere. You can't check out ESPN without some write up and gallery of photos of players arriving and discussing their clothes. While at 52, I am hardly what you would call a fashion guru, unless Under Armour joggers and pull over fleece is the rage. I mean, if I'm traveling, I am suited up, but that's maybe once a month and it's nothing close to Armani-ish... That being said, what is it about young guys and having all this money that makes them clown hard? I mean seriously... WTF are these guys wearing? Makes me no difference, but was just curious. Stay clownish on my friends !!!
  25. Again though... There's no need to putting thought to how they win the North or get the #1 seed. The team simply needs to focus solely on beating the Patriots Sunday and then go from there. 3 wins and a KC slip up and all that comes to pass. KC has the Seahawks, Broncos and at the Raiders. While crappy, division games are still division games.
