Seems reasonable to conclude they don’t do this deal of Trey Hill is injured.

Per Hobs TH has a hip flexor but he agrees, they wouldn’t do the deal if they didn’t believe he’d be ready by opening day.

If you follow national media or some bengal fans.... just because the Bengals didn't draft Sewell they didn't address OL.

In reality over half the room they started 2020 with will be gone and probably 2 to 3 new starters from the line up they in the 2nd game.

It's not Quantity but Quality that we are concerned about.  They have failed to bring in anyone with an All-Pro or even ProBowl pedigree.  That said Sewell graded 35 in his last preseason game.....all of these guys that took 2020 off seem to be struggling right now.

Yep.  Hopefully it’s just a lot of rust for chase.  I did not see this coming at all.  I figured lots of guys miss a whole year due to a major injury and they come back fine.

Kyle Pitts, though seeing limited time, has looked good.  He played in 2020.

Yeah but the only thing that can be evaluated right now is the preseason/training camp performance which indicates that they didn't fail to add quality.

That's never mentioned by national media.   I can understand the wait and see approach but then why couldn't you mention over half the guys they started with last year are gone?

Anyway,  its not the norm that teams keep 10,11,12 OL.  So guys like Price were on their way out and it appears like a steal of a trade.

Kinda of interesting twists and turns to the guard spot this year.    Its ending up like many thought but the Jordan starting Pre season threw a curve ball for a little bit.

Possible he returns. They might just be keeping Adenji on the final roster so as to allow him to return from ir/pup later.
