COB Posted Thursday at 11:52 AM Report Posted Thursday at 11:52 AM 3 hours ago, Stripes said: Analysis: the guy was filming with his phone, was stepping sideways to get a better shot and walked right off the platform. Also, might have been a woman, can’t really tell. Phone definitely went in with him/her. The unfortunate who fell into the lake was filming 3 people in front of the giant helmet. Person 1: a giant Dude Wipes container. He proved useless in this emergency. Couldn’t even take 2 steps on his own. Person 2: what appears to be an elderly woman, she is feigning enthusiasm for the new helmet. She’s sort of dancing for the camera, jubilating, with the giant Dude Wipes container. After our protagonist takes a header into Lake Erie, elderly woman walks Dude Wipes over to the edge of the barge to observe the possible drowning. Person 3: A hero appears. Just when all seems lost, when Dude Wipes and elderly woman doubling as hype man and Dude Wipes attendant fail to assist, a third player appears. It is someone dressed as a character. It is unclear if it is Brownie the Elf or possibly the embodiment of another personal hygiene product that sponsored the giant helmet on a barge ceremony. Regardless, our anonymous champion grabs a flotation ring and throws it into the water. The day is saved. 2 Quote
COB Posted Thursday at 12:02 PM Report Posted Thursday at 12:02 PM Update: further research indicates the whole thing was likely staged. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted Thursday at 12:16 PM Report Posted Thursday at 12:16 PM YES to Noah Fant. Not that we need another weapon for the offense, but you don't turn down that possibility. I think All Jr. missing the year makes sense to bring him in at a minimum. Without thinking there's a real shot and not knowing... Is there any defensive free agents to be had on the cheap that could at least bolster depth? I'm going to have to take a look see. Quote

Well, you're in luck then: Miller Lite is celebrating its 50th anniversary by offering 50,000 free beers at bars across the United States. ArmyBengal Posted Thursday at 02:56 PM Report Posted Thursday at 02:56 PM Free beer? I'm not a Miller Light guy, but my saying is highly relevant in this situation. Quote
AMPHAR Posted Thursday at 03:57 PM Report Posted Thursday at 03:57 PM Miller Lite taste great and less filling. Quote
HoosierCat Posted Thursday at 06:55 PM Author Report Posted Thursday at 06:55 PM Well, he gave up the Cap’n Crunch but apparently missed the memo on drinking water. Quote Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Myles Murphy left practice on the back of a cart on Thursday. According to Fox 19’s Joe Danneman, Murphy was getting looked at by trainers before exiting the field on the cart. Turned out to be cramps. https://bengalswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/bengals/2025/07/24/bengals-myles-murphy-leaves-practice-cart-walking-off/85357678007/ 1 Quote
AMPHAR Posted Thursday at 08:02 PM Report Posted Thursday at 08:02 PM Gonna cramp based on the supplements you've been taking. Captain Crunch is a great supplement to a hardy breakfast. Quote

Brewed in Milwaukee and a money maker, but that doesn't make it a quality brew. So many superior beers and breweries in Milwaukee and Wisconsin. I used to drink Genuine Draft in High School, cuz it was cheap, then I grew up. Have not drank a Miller product in over 25 years. Proud of that fact. Quote

ArmyBengal Posted 18 hours ago Report Posted 18 hours ago Cap'n Crunch builds character, prepares you for the pain coming in adulthood, and hardens your will. There was a study done recently and 95% of children that ate Cap'n Crunch more than 4 mornings per week grew up to be some of the worst mass murderers in human history. Think Hitler, Stalin, and Mao Zedong level shit. Yep, Cap'n Crunch. I ate it about 3 times a week and luckily dodged that bullet, but did find a home in the Army for 21 years. I deployed for 15 months and survived. Coincidence? I think not. Not sure what that has to do with training camp, but thinking the dietician might consider adding it to the menu in training camp. It might be what they need to get that fast start that has alluded them for years. 1 Quote
AMPHAR Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Anyhoo Murphy is back out there today and I believe just had a sack as much as you can have a sack because they aren't tackling to the ground. Quote
AMPHAR Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Patrick limped off under own power. Burton had a big day. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Well if Myles Murphy adds another 1.5 sacks to his resume, he will have the same number of sacks in his first three years that Stewart had in his three years in college. Is that an apples to apples comparison. Of course not, I just don't like Myles Murphy as a player. Hope he proves me wrong this year. Quote
TJJackson Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Stewart gets signed shortly after this happens coincidence? I think not Quote
HoosierCat Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago One down. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45824885/shemar-stewart-bengals-hammer-home-language-reach-deal Long story short: bengals did what every other team who wanted this language in did, give Stewart a little more up front to make it go down. Could have done that months ago. Oh well, at least that’s over. Quote

Stripes Posted 30 minutes ago Report Posted 30 minutes ago That’s the plan. Hopefully they don’t drag it out to the Saturday before the opening game, but, well… They probably will. Quote
