Tomlin just said he expects to have Haden, Fitzpatrick, and Watt all back for the Bengals game.  We’ll see.

Injury report currently shows Fitzpatrick as out. The other two are questionable.

Can’t they just cut him with an injury designation ?? For fucks sake already.

Nope. He already counts $15.8 million against the cap. Cut him and that rises to $20.8 million. Good news is next year they pick up $11 million in cap space by cutting him,

I used to think Brandon Ghee was made of glass

Ghee is a stalwart lad compared to Trae Waynes

Got to be the highest paid player per game played ever for the Bengals

In two years he has appeared in 2 games, played 96 total snaps and recorded 5 tackles. For this he will have been paid approximately $31 million by the end of this season. So per game that’s $15.5 million. More than $6 million per tackle.

That is stunning. What a summation.  I try not to get personal about it.  If Trae Waynes had his way I’m sure he’d be playing every game, every defensive snap.

Dalton beats the Lions.  In a related development, god does not exist.

He had a tipped ball on the first series that should have been picked and a dropped end zone int in addition to the one Detroit got. Which only goes to show that the Lions suck so bad even prime time Andy Dalton can beat them.

I’m rooting for the Lions every game they play.  I don’t have any bad feelings towards Andy, other than grief at how he played at 10% effectiveness every playoff and prime time game.

From yellow legal pads to…

That’s actually a great way to self-evaluate and improve.  I’m impressed.  Glad Taylor has not adopted my philosophy of just keep making the same mistake over and over.
