volcom69 Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Well bengals sign stone hands Little. Really this guy can never seem to catch a pass, nobody better out there? Quote
HoosierCat Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 The guy's hands are fukking anvils. Shoot I'd rather see Tate out there running routes. Aw hell I'd rather see Moobs running routes. Shirtless.Blech, blech, blech I hate this move. Quote
volcom69 Posted October 14, 2014 Author Report Posted October 14, 2014 Yes I hate this move with a passion, can't believe nobody better out there, at least somebody who can catch. I mean he got cut from the Raiders that says something. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Would have rather seen them give a 6th rounder to the Bills for Mike Williams. Quote
Stripes Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Eh, for all his flaws he always seemed to make plays against the Bengals. I don't really care about this move unless they try to force him into gameplans too quickly. Quote
membengal Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Hi, I am membengal and I don't hate this move. Size, speed, and if anyone can help the dude concentrate and be decent, it is Hue Jackson.Further, just what is out there at this point that is better than Greg Little? Beggers/choosers and all that. On top of that, Little knows the AFC North. Not sure why the bitching. With Marvin Jones gone, about as decent a flier as you can get. Quote

At least Hamilton knows the system and routes. Quote

membengal Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Can't teach size and speed. Can teach concentration and work on hands. Enter Hue. Quote
cincyhokie Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Interesting dialog going on here. Quote
volcom69 Posted October 14, 2014 Author Report Posted October 14, 2014 Can't teach size and speed. Can teach concentration and work on hands. Enter Hue.That is true and if Hue can get the most out of him which other teams couldn't then he would be a steal. Hopefully that's what we get. Quote
HoosierCat Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 Here's today's kick-the-tires list...Notable workouts for the Bengals Tuesday:LB Erin HendersonS Chris ClemonsQB Terrelle PryorWR Da'Rick RogersS Shiloh KeoS MD Jennings Quote
Earendil Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 LB Erin HendersonWhen did they start letting women play linebacker? Quote
ArmyBengal Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 Can't teach size and speed for real. Can teach concentration. I will get on board with that.My problem is that he hasn't taken his ability seriously at any point in his pro career and while I like Hue, Little has many shortcomings to be addressed. His hands are only the beginning. I can recall many a Browns fan bitching about how whenever it was a run play, Little would lollygag around.Do you know what that makes him ?? A lollygagger. Seriously though, I don't think his head is in it and he knows zilch about our system. That being said, I hope he takes advantage of this opportunity and sets the world on fire. Quote

membengal Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 What hokie said. If facing his football mortality doesn't focus him, nothing will. And Hue doesn't allow his wides not to block. Gentlemen's bet we hear quickly of a newly dedicated Greg Little. Whether he is good enough to force playing time I dunno, but he is a nice fallback for depth with Marvin out. Quote
TJJackson Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 Hope the multiple releases have humbled the guy and made him dedicate himself to the art of playing a NFL WRI guess we'll see Quote
ShulaSteakhouse Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 I don't know that he'll see much PT unless he lights up practice. I'm more worried about finding a LB. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 Again, i'm hoping he has a freakin' ephiphany and realizes this is his last real chance to stick in the NFL.If this doesn't work out for him, he's done in the league. Hope Hue uses that greatly. Quote
HoosierCat Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 Attention front office:/>http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000412440/article/seattle-seahawks-trade-percy-harvin-to-new-york-jetsSo yeah, Greg Little. Best available. (And no I don't get this deal at all but hey props to the Jets) Quote
volcom69 Posted October 17, 2014 Author Report Posted October 17, 2014 Yea I don't understand this at all. Not sure one guy is going to make a difference for the jets, but hey good luck Quote
Stripes Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 I don't think Harvin is good at all either, to be frank. He's a gadget, not a receiver. His ypa are close to the bottom of the league, and that isn't unusual for him. Quote
ShulaSteakhouse Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 Sure could use Skuta and Brooks right now, as I watch the 49ers on Sunday Night. Quote
