agreen_112
No interest? So I get at least 1 reply to this thread, can someone tell me what time the game starts? We've started a new tradition for this year (For warmer gamedays) and we're going to test it out tonight. We're going to setup a projector in the backyard and connect it to a HD cable box and display the game on a huge screen. We'll cook some grub and play cornhole and drink some beer. Should be a good time and a little bit different from the norm... I'll post some pics if I can.
HoosierCat
7:30 per nfl.com.As to why no one is talking about it, probably because it's being played mostly by guys who won't be around tomorrow evening. The 4th preseason game is a joke, even for the preseason. If I were Marvin I wouldn't play...well, basically any of the starters. Not one snap. DesperateDerelict
Regardless of who's playing, I paid for the tickets, so I'm going. I'd tell y'all where I was sitting, but since my 18 year old daughter is attending with a couple of friends (OSU doesn't start for another 2 weeks) - I'm not telling any of the local pervs.See ya'

Not one snap.I'd play Brooks the whole game....he need the repsI'd play TJ because he has had the dropsies something fierce so far this preseason. Not so good for a possesion receiver. Into the 2nd quarter, or until he catches 4 consecutive passes, whichever comes first.Gotta play your starting punter, dont you? :-)At all other spots, I'd agree.....play no first stringers. Madieu this is your year, Bengal fans have been calling him a perennial probowler since his rookie year and he hasn't shown anything since then to garner that praise. T.J. will be fine when it comes to game time, not worried about him at all. That coverage team has been lacking too this whole preseason, need to shore that up in a hurry. HairOnFire
I'd start the 2nd team...play 'em a quarter....and then release the hounds.

The Colts are going to be playing a bunch of scrubs anyhow, so a few more reps against nobodies isn't worth the risk, IMHO.

Spor_tees
There is Doug Johnson for ya! Play very well all the way down field then throw an INT. How much longer can they possibly keep this Kitna wanna-be?
ShulaSteakhouse
Do we have to watch Doug Johnson?

HoosierCat
OH FOR &*^%'S SAKE MAKE IT STOP!From Hobson:More importantly, (TE Reggie) Kelly suffered an ankle injury and appeared unlikely to return.Anyone watching got an update? Please tell me they say it's no big deal.EDIT: depending on the severity of the injury, it may be notable news that the Saints let Ronnie Ghent go today... Tonights game is the one preseason game I won't have a thing to say about, if you can believe that. Anyone who actually took the time and money to attend this non-event has to be nuts! HoosierCat
Quincy did a good job. Ratcliff needs to be cut.Curnutte passed a comment in a story earlier today that Ratliff asked to be cut if he was going to be reduced to the 4th corner, so you'll probably get your wish. Ox
So our 4th stringers are better than the Colts, again. Meh.

HoosierCat
Per Hobs' game summary, we have two more injuries -- TJ Wright hurt his foot, and Jeremi Johnson tweaked a hammy. No details on whether those boo-boos (or Reggie Kelly's) are serious...hopefully not.
Kazkal
Play the whole defense, that whole unit needs the reps. Madieu this is your year, Bengal fans have been calling him a perennial probowler since his rookie year and he hasn't shown anything since then to garner that praise. No ones really called him one since after his rookie year, ya he get's praise but he's still one of our best defensive players and one of our best character guys. Quincy did a good job. Ratcliff needs to be cut.Curnutte passed a comment in a story earlier today that Ratliff asked to be cut if he was going to be reduced to the 4th corner, so you'll probably get your wish.Well he was pretty much 4th corner last year since pretty sure overall madieu beats him out lol.
