Ravens @ Bengals Game Thread

Recommended Posts

ah well.....and Allen was really trying to get that TD for him.....three sequential passes to AJ in the red zone

including the throw that was just now intercepted in the end zone to end the possibility

72 yard td run.  wow.    the Bengals defense has officially packed it in.

Ravens: 350 yards rushing at 3 minutes to go in 3rd quarter

well, a lot of the starters are injured........Reader for example since early in the season....Daniels out on Covid.....and the linebackers are very young

I suspect that barring a similar injury-heavy situation, the D will be much much better in 2021

Nice way to get the Ravens feeling tough going into the playoffs, so their eventual opponent can make them extra squishy when they're not ready.

Tampa Bay 23

Atlanta 20

I don't really give a shit about the draft position, but the game is close so ~*watch out*~

I dont mind Cleveland getting to the playoffs, since they have had so many years like us.....but I want Steelers and Ravens to be one and done.

Hopefully those two teams dont play each other

The Browns better not win a playoff game though. I haven't been sitting here for decades with my thumb up my ass just to watch the fucking Browns get there first.

(Checks calendar)

(Sept still nine months away)

Pretty sure it will be fine.

Harbaugh has just been destroying Taylor.  These games aren't even remotely competitive against the Ravens.

mem: depends on the injuries

*shrug*

Higgins is a hamstring. If that's a nine-month injury he should retire.

I don't know if I should root for Andy Dalton to take Dallas to the playoffs, or for the Giants to win and maybe win a division at 6-10. That would be pitiful and hilarious.

I dont want to piss you off, mem......not this time, at least......but thats just the initial diagnosis during the game.  Full diagnosis could show something worse

also, from my point of view, every injury that takes you out of a game can and often is permanent wear and tear on the players body, and eats away at their effectiveness over time.

Im not a doctor, I dont play one on TV, and I didnt sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.....but to me, injuries = bad, especially to starters and even more especially to stars

TJ - always scanning the sky, hoping for a meteor to hit him.
