andybren Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Bam Childress making nice plays for NE. Guess they just brought him up from the practice squad Quote
smith288 Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Bengals wont survive the first quarter of the first playoff game if they plan on keeping this defensive plan for the playoffs. Quote
andybren Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 The defensive plan needs to be 'keep the offense on the field as long as possible'. Hint, Brakowski...four letters, starts with 'R', ends with 'I'. Quote
alleycat Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 NE scores TD with 0 left. Going for 2 pts and tie now.... Quote

AMC Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Bengals need to fix things up a bit and I don't mean just Xs and Os....I mean we need to get that attitude back..... Quote
Ox Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Alrighty then. Bring on the trolls. It's gonna be a long week my friends. Everyone park it in the smack shack, they'll be a comin' shortly. Quote
schweinhart Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 After getting gouged by the best RB in the AFC, Willie Parker ought to look more like Amos Zeroue, The Bus like Zack Crockett, and Duce Staley like Jonathan Wells. The run D was completely overmatched for this one. Just absolutely zero chance to stop Larry Johnson. Too quick to decide his next move, too patient in waiting for the creases, too powerful for the LBs and DBs to tackle, and too fast to catch up to once he gets to the second level. On the pass D side, Keiwan looked absolutely terrible in most everything he did. But Big Ben ain't exactly Trent Green yet and O'Neal should be back next week....And Carson Palmer too. Quote
membengal Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Discounting this one its entirety and looking forward to next week. KC had to win to be alive. The Vermeil retirement announcement meant they were all playing extra extra hard on top of the playoff thing, with all the emotion on their side. That score and outcome was the least surprising thing I have seen all year. And means nothing.on to the playoffs. Quote
