membengal
Oh, and a big welcome to David Pollack. That's the pass rusher from the outside we have all been waiting for. Those back to back sacks by the rooks when the game was 10-10 were huge.God bless the anti-tuck call. We were due one of those. cHaD711Johnson
If the NFL and whoever else doesn't know yet...Yes, we are here... 4-0 Hell yeah...The defense came up big today for the O, and the O did the same in return... AMC
injuries will be the big topic going into the jax game...guy-check may get the start???at least Sharpe will be happy....a@@
schweinhart
What a game...injuries killed us...Simmons hurt on last play. Pollack is coming. PROPS TO ERIC STEINBACH!!!!Damn, didn't see B-Simmons go down.Bengals got some decisions to make this week. Gotta figure an LB was on the chopping block, either Stevens or Navies, to let Clemons get back on roster.PUP decision time is coming up after 2 more weeks and they got Miller, Webster, and Wilkerson either coming back on or getting cut. Severity of injuries may dictate some decisions, but hopefully nobody's headed to IR.
membengal
we don't have one. Never have. And unlike the other QB's we've faced, carr isn't forcing anything to give us the picks weve been getting. This is exactly the scenario I've worried about. We are in deep Sht without madieuI believe they ended up with 7 sacks. That's a pretty good rush...
DC_Bengals_Fan
FOUR AND ZERO BABY!!!!!!THANK GOD ABOVE!!!God and the refs, we got a little help there.I am not so sure it was a darn close call but with the calls that went against us today I will take that one.Oh, don't get me wrong, I'll take it - but that was a 100% bad call, he threw it hard enough to hit his lineman fairly hard in the ass.Easily makes up for all the phantom holding and crap OPI calls. Jonboat
WHO DEY!!! The ref sucked today the only thing I can think of on Carrs fumble was he didn't have control when his arm was going forward. Refs called a few cheesy calls. I hope the injuries aren' t too serious . INTs every day of the week and 5 times on Sunday please. But the late pressure in this one was huge.

kingwilly
They don't have columns for "Ugly Wins" or "Pretty Losses"W=W and 4-0 is honeysuckle delight, that's right.

I'm honestly not trying to be a homer here, but I did think it was a good call. Before Carr's arm began moving foward, when Justin Smith hit him, it looked as though the ball jiggled a bit in his light grasp. That caused him to almost swat it away (to suggest that there was a very thin column of air between the ball and his hand) rather than actually throw it at his lineman. If not, then sorry Texans fans, tough break guys. andybren
Even if it was a blown call, blown calls are part of the game. Just like Chad's alleged pass interference call last week. If you play well, you control your own destiny, no matter what calls the refs make. If you've allowed your fate to be determined by one possession, then it's your own fault. You can see the ball slipping from his grasp before the arm begins moving foward, therefore he swatted the ball and did NOT throw it. Feels good to see that, I hated feeling guilty!
