ArmyBengal Posted July 23 Report Posted July 23 So the Browns did the most Browns thing ever and got new helmets. Of course they are.... Brown. They even have a super cool video titled "Alpha Dog". I watched it and came away with a feeling I had seen that before. It took me a while and finally remembered. I think it should be called the "Shit Demon". "Smoke that mother fucker like it ain't no thing" LMAO !!! 2 Quote
HoosierCat Posted July 24 Author Report Posted July 24 That's even funnier now that I found that the new helmet is sponsored by Dude Wipes. No, this is not a joke. That's a link to USAtoday, not a rickroll or something. The Browns really are now brought to you by something to wipe your ass with. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted July 24 Report Posted July 24 You CANNOT make this stuff up. Per my last post about the Shit Demon, seriously watch the Browns video they released and then watch that. It's beyond hilarious the tie in. Just when you think the Bengals PHAT mishap was as bad as it gets, I give you THE BROWNS !!! 1 Quote
HoosierCat Posted July 24 Author Report Posted July 24 Ya I watched both, the comparison is hilarious and spot on. Nice work. Quote
HoosierCat Posted July 24 Author Report Posted July 24 OT: JFC, Death, take a break, will ya? Malcolm Jamal-Warner, Ozzy Osbourne, Hulk Hogan and Chuck Mangione ALL this week? Enough already. Quote
HoosierCat Posted July 28 Author Report Posted July 28 Quote The Pittsburgh Steelers have released veteran Cordarrelle Patterson, the decorated utility player announced Monday on social media. "Breaking news!!!" Patterson posted on X. "Pittsburgh Steelers release old washed up cordarrelle patterson on his day off!!!" Patterson, 34, is a four-time Pro Bowl and four-time first-team All-Pro selection with more than 13,000 all-purpose yards in his 12-year NFL career as a running back, wide receiver and record-setting kick returner. https://www.reuters.com/sports/steelers-release-washed-up-cordarrelle-patterson-2025-07-28/ Quote
ArmyBengal Posted July 28 Report Posted July 28 Another one I didn't know was still in the league. Quote

HoosierCat Posted Wednesday at 02:10 PM Author Report Posted Wednesday at 02:10 PM Ravens TE Likely may miss some time. Quote Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely suffered a small fracture in his foot at the end of Tuesday's practice, sources told ESPN. According to sources, if all goes well in Likely's recovery, he is expected to return early in the season. It's possible Likely could be back for the Ravens' Sept. 7 opener at the Buffalo Bills. Likely suffered the non-contact injury on the final play of Tuesday's practice in a one-on-one drill against safety Sanoussi Kane. He was carted off the field and then limped into the locker room. ArmyBengal Posted Wednesday at 04:02 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 04:02 PM Seems to be a lot of injuries happening across all camps. Browns just lost their starting CB for the season. Emerson? Anyway, keep that bug away !! 1 Quote
ArmyBengal Posted Thursday at 12:23 PM Report Posted Thursday at 12:23 PM I wanted to wish you all a Happy Football day today. For those of you not paying attention, the Hall of Fame game is tonight. Lions vs. Chargers at 8pm EST I don't think there will be many starters playing, but it's football. At this point, I'd be happy watching Mother Mary of the Blind put on the pads and get after it. One of the guys I thought the Bengals should have drafted (Tate Ratledge) will be playing for the Lions. There will be some others from the draft I was looking at playing in the game as well. It's football so color me happy !! 1 Quote
COB Posted Thursday at 01:19 PM Report Posted Thursday at 01:19 PM Harbaugh is a squirrel. He’ll say some attention-grabbing stuff before the game. Other than that, difficult for me to get into it. I do love the Lions though, so I’ll check some of it out. Quote
WelshBengal Posted Thursday at 05:44 PM Report Posted Thursday at 05:44 PM I can just about bring myself to stay up and watch Bengals pre season games, so unfortunately I will give this a miss, even though I now have some free time due to losing my job as of today. I will now be able to watch pre season no problem :) Quote

Preseason is just an opportunity to watch the young guys get a shot at making the team. Probably won’t see most of them during the season. I enjoy that though !! 1 Quote
ArmyBengal Posted Saturday at 01:59 AM Report Posted Saturday at 01:59 AM Ok trade Trey, next year’s first rounder, and add another pick in there and give me Micah Parsons. Hell, I wouldn’t care what they gave up. If we are in the hope and pray line of thought with things, then that’s my hope and prayer. Quote
Stripes Posted Saturday at 02:03 AM Report Posted Saturday at 02:03 AM That’d be fun! Unfortunately, I think Micah’s eventual contract will surpass Ja’Marr’s. Quote
