ArmyBengal
On to what's next I suppose. Glad to see stupidity wins the day.
HoosierCat
Per cbs the proposal needs 24 votes to pass and got 25. So Katie only came up 2 short. Wonder who her allies were?
cincyhokie
I’m pretty confident the players aren’t going to let this go. They’re going to want to prove themselves. You could see it as the game started against the Bills. They were out to make a statement. I think they carry that mentality into the playoffs. AMPHAR
Yeah it could work in our favor. Prior to the Hamlin injury this team was playing with a chip on its shoulder. Wanting to prove you are true Division Champs and then getting screwed the next round hopefully restores that pre Hamlin mojo.

On to Sunday… Should have let Liz and Kay Adams do it.
cincyhokie
Question. Scenario. Chiefs lose. Bills win. Bengals win. Bills 1. Chiefs 2. Bengals 3. How is a potential Bengals/Bills AFCCG not on a neutral field? Considering with the above scenario of the Bengals would have beat the Bills in week 17, they’d have the number 1 seed. How is this not included?

How is this not included? The corporate answer for all Bengals/Bills scenarios is “they played the same number of games, and the Bills had a better record”. I think it’s a crap argument, but that’s the argument. Apparently it was also discussed by the competition committee, and there were concerns about “logistics” (whatever the hell that means).

Stripes
Kinda glad the Chiefs won. Don’t have to feel screwed out of a clean 1-seed.
cincyhokie
This Titans-Jags game is awful. Chargers roll over Jags in round one. Then go onto beat Chiefs. I’m calling it.
