Wraith Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 LV has a more explosive offense. I have confidence that our o can score on anyone, so I would prefer New England. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 I think I'd prefer Vegas, if nothing else because they're working with an interim head coach. Quote
membengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Barmore potentially being out is a big hit to NE defense. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 A downside of a game against LV is that it'd guarantee they're coming off of a must-win "playoff" game, and that energy can be difficult to dispel. Quote
cincyhokie Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Any thoughts on the day/time slot? I'm hoping to avoid the Sunday and Monday night games. If the Raiders come here I can see getting a day game. If the Patriots come here then it is possible we get that Sunday or Monday night slot. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 If I’m picking, I’ll take the Raiders, but I don’t really care. Not scared of either the Pats or Raiders. That video clip where the Pats radio ass hats we’re making fun of Taylor would make for some solid bulletin board material. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Also, I thought I saw where there is only 1 game that starts at 1pm. I could be wrong but thought most were late afternoon games. Quote

I am attending the game by whatever means necessary, but it'd be nice if it didn't completely dictate my entire schedule for the work week. Quote
HoosierCat Posted January 10, 2022 Author Report Posted January 10, 2022 Usually they announce the game days/times during tonight’s game, figure halftime. Quote
COB Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Agree with Volcom, Belichik has seen it all, and is an expert at game planning against an opponent’s weaknesses, whatever they may be. Hoping for the Raiders, they’d have to come all the way across the country into our place, with a 3 hour time difference. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 I would expect Belichick to completely erase Ja'Marr Chase. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 ESPN has it up. Yep, only one 1pm game. https://www.espn.com/nfl/schedule/_/week/1/seasontype/3 Quote
ArmyBengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 If we face the Raiders we probably won’t have the 1pm game. I would guess. Quote

membengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 I’m rooting against Herbert. So tired of the national types who went so hard for “he’s better than burrow”. Fuck that narrative. Go raiders. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Carr looks so wild in the pocket, like everything is a panic. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Herbert's facial expressions remind me of Andy Dalton. Let's trash Herbert. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Carr missed a wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open touchdown downfield. Yikes. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 They complete the pass anyway by way of muffed punt. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Raiders tackling seems very sound, but the pass rush is doing nothing. Quote
membengal Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 If we end up playing the raiders again, need to be ready for their “chuck it deep and look for a flag offense” 1 Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 TD Raiders after a super lucky DPI in the endzone. I really want Vegas. Quote
HoosierCat Posted January 10, 2022 Author Report Posted January 10, 2022 That was the most bogus dpi call I’ve ever seen Quote
