HoosierCat Posted July 30, 2020 Author Report Posted July 30, 2020 Quote The Bengals today waived DT Ryan Glasgow (failed physical). Glasgow, a fourth-year player, originally was a fourth-round pick of the Bengals in 2017. He played in 24 career games (three starts) during his time in Cincinnati, and recorded 41 tackles. https://www.bengals.com/news/bengals-waive-ryan-glasgow Quote

Per Hobs: Quote Taylor said his staff has talked about the possibility of keeping one of the team's three quarterbacks in a universal quarantine, but no decisions have been made. There's the possibility they could add a veteran to the most important position on the team. Quote
HoosierCat Posted July 30, 2020 Author Report Posted July 30, 2020 Can we cut this ahole already? Quote
membengal Posted July 30, 2020 Report Posted July 30, 2020 They are literally endangering their season and lives if they let him into the locker-room with those views toward masks and Covid. 1 Quote
AMPHAR Posted July 30, 2020 Report Posted July 30, 2020 He’s not wrong. Unless they are holding a practice at Whispering Pines. Quote
COB Posted July 30, 2020 Report Posted July 30, 2020 I’m glad Bobby Hart sucks so badly, makes it easy to cut him. Not sure what they’re waiting for. 1 Quote
membengal Posted August 9, 2020 Report Posted August 9, 2020 It would actually be more than fine with me - he would genuinely help the DT rotation. He's just two years removed from top 100 status - and those two years since were injury filled. He could really be useful. 1 Quote
Stripes Posted August 10, 2020 Report Posted August 10, 2020 That would be a pretty nice indicator of an organizational change in process. Everyone's just sitting around waiting for the token Peko return, but Mike Daniels would be a considerably bigger deal. 1 Quote
membengal Posted August 11, 2020 Report Posted August 11, 2020 Been driving since 1:00 ( my youngest getting dropped off at college of Wooster tomorrow to start his freshman year) - don’t see any news? This not happening? Quote
AMPHAR Posted August 11, 2020 Report Posted August 11, 2020 Hobson says on the verge of signing Mike Daniels pending physical and Rona testing. His relationship with Al is the key. 1 Quote

AMPHAR Posted August 11, 2020 Report Posted August 11, 2020 Zac apparently gave the Daniels signing it’s the ole “it’snot official but unofficially It’s official” 1 Quote
ArmyBengal Posted August 12, 2020 Report Posted August 12, 2020 The skeptic in me would wonder if Waynes injury didn't happen earlier and THAT is why he wasn't working out until he signed his deal. Took the physical after numbing all up, signed the deal, and BAM (or maybe POW) the injury happened. Maybe i'm totally off base, but I can't help but wonder... 2 Quote

ArmyBengal Posted August 12, 2020 Report Posted August 12, 2020 Hate to be that guy, but I remember that being a story and I was wondering then why it was a big deal considering NO ONE was really working out with anyone else. There was no reason to have the conversation at all. What difference did it make ?? Well, outside the 43 million ?? Quote

And yeah, it could just be a fluke thing that happened Monday like the official story goes, but if I were the team I would dig as deep as possible to check that out. Quote

Try to void part of it? Or just wait for him to heal and get as much out of him as you can. “Waynes,, get in there and return 10 punts so our kick coverage guys get some work.” 1 Quote
membengal Posted August 12, 2020 Report Posted August 12, 2020 Eh...I am usually quick to be suspicious, but there's gonna be a LOT of this kind of injury across the league as they ramp up. Sounds like he's back mid-year in any event. Quote
