#Bengals 2nd-round picks last 5 years: Jeremy Hill, Giovani Bernard, Margus Hunt, Devon Still, Andy Dalton, Carlos Dunlap. Not a bad run.

So to me, it's two hits, two misses, and two guys you can argue about. I guess that qualifies as not bad.

Compare it to the 2nd round picks of most teams, and I think we'd come away quite pleased.

Listening to the radio and all I hear from the local sports heads is "this team is so deep!"

Really? Is this the team that had to sign the head of the NLPA to start their playoff game or is this the team that had Rex Burkhead start at WR for their playoff game?

And then there's this. Imagine the matchups this season with the Steelers and Colts. Two teams they are likely to have issues with this season. What has to be the key to the gameplanning when you think of the Bengals playing these teams? Whatever your answer is, it's the reason that they struggle against the Steelers and in being able to hang with teams such as the Colts.

I'm all about giving credit where credit is due but this complete BS spin of how much luxury this team has to pick whoever the hell they want to is getting old. Starting at DL or LB might be a good place to start tonight. Rant over.

The one guy on ESPN last night said the same thing, that there depth is really good, that they can go any direction they want.

The thing is that I really like the tackles they are taking.

What I don't like is that it's not that they are adding talent with their picks. They are stocking up for the near future subtractions to the roster.

I think what we're entering is the "mini-rebuild" era of the Bengals. Setting the stage for 2018!!!

I've just come home from a darts tournament (a drunken champ) - have the Bengals taken Fisher as the 2nd round pick ???
