Is he not capable of stepping up or avoiding rushers once in a while, to make a play? Did you just see Luck scramble outside away from Dunlap there, and make a 7 yard gain out of nothing? When is the last time Dalton's done anything like that? He freaks out and dumps it off to a covered RB or TE, there's no extension of anything with him or this offense.
