Hobs says they may add a QB with Campbell undergoing tests and McCarron still "hurt." But he would be just a camp/preseason arm.

I think Wilson has a (long) shot, very Dalton-like, good in the pocket for his size (unlike Dalton). Might get a lot of reps depending on injury outcomes.

he's camp fodder to give Dalton and scott rest nothing more will be cut when Campbell recovers

Wilson could challenge Scott for a spot on the practice squad but IMO that's about it. Dalton and Campbell will be 1-2, McCarron will be stashed on IR and either Wilson or Scott will go on the PS.

I liked Lewis. He looked better than Shawn Williams.... But whatever.

Cutting Whalen now might have been a courtesy since he was probably on the bubble for the final 53. Easier to hook on now than on final cuts this weekend.
