princeton Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Hall, Nelson, Kirkpatrick inactiveCrocker, Ghee active Quote
volcom69 Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Well as expected, Hall, Nelson, and Kirkpatick are out. I hate that Mays is starting for Nelson, just not a fan of him at Safety at all. So Iloka and Mays at safety makes a very young back field, I hope no miss communications today.Jones will start for Hall, and it looks like a lot of Ghee and Crocker today. I don't like the secondary today, so lets hope for a big pass rush. Quote
Stripes Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 It'd be pretty cool to see Ghee play a good game today. Ability has never been his issue after all. Thank goodness Newman and A. Jones have been so solid though, we're going to need their best today.Agreed, the secondary issues can be made less problematic if the pass rush is active -- which starts with stopping the run. We didn't do much of that last week. Quote
COB Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 We won't leave this field in shame,we are here to crush. Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 I get to watch a blowout today. Yes, I have Colts/Jags... Quote
COB Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 I always loved Ghee's game, but Gordon Ghee would be more durable on an NFL field. Secondary depth is going to be tested to a degree no one could have foreseen. Quote
COB Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 I get to watch a blowout today. Yes, I have Colts/Jags...Paint the trim on your house. It will be more exciting. Quote

Stripes Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Just took a look at the full schedule for the first time in a while. It looks significantly tougher than it did before the season. All the more important to find a way to win games like this. Quote

princeton Posted September 29, 2013 Author Report Posted September 29, 2013 it's a big test for Andy Dalton. Our defense is down key personnel, and Cleveland will try to stop the run and shut down AJ. Quote
volcom69 Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Well that drive stalled nice pressure by browns Quote
Stripes Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Gotta get rid of the ball quickly if you're going to ask Gio to pass protect. Thanks Cleveland for the dumb fair catch. Quote
combatbengal Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 I think it's time to make Geo the starting RB. And on those blocking plays, the law firm should be in!! Quote
