He walked off so im hoping not to bad, but who knows

He walked off with help, was only limping slightly. Before he got up he was massaging his calf a bit and then when he stood was testing putting his weight on the leg. Seemed to put more weight on it after a few steps. So hopefully it's not a big deal.
