ArmyBengal Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 Here we go again. Another 3 game series with the Indians starting tomorrow night. The Reds send Latos, Leake, and Arroyo to the mound against the tribe.Cleveland hasn't been playing their best ball lately, but they still sit in 2nd place and are a good team. Here's to hoping COB doesn't get his revenge on our boys over the next few nights.GO REDS !!! skyline Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 This game against Lowe will be interesting. How many hit batters do you think we'll see? Quote
Stripes Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 Keep the pedal on the floor. No mercy. Quote

UK Bengal Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 If they are not careful it could boil over big time hopefully they can both just act like adults and it will pass peacefully. Quote
UK Bengal Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 I will tell you one thing if rolen comes back today and baker sends Fraser down then he is off his fking trolley hes hitting and fielding great. Quote

One unintentional inside pitch, though, and things could get ugly. Quote
UK Bengal Posted June 18, 2012 Report Posted June 18, 2012 Well at least Lowe won't be facing latos otherwise it wouldn't take much to explode. Quote

ArmyBengal Posted June 19, 2012 Author Report Posted June 19, 2012 This game is not fun to watch.9-7 Indians end of the 6th. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted June 19, 2012 Report Posted June 19, 2012 Jesus, the Reds pitching SUCKS tonight! Quote
COB Posted June 19, 2012 Report Posted June 19, 2012 That'll teach the Reds to mess with the mighty Cleveland Indians! Quote

Just one of those nights, hopefully. That said, Latos is looking like the weak link in our rotation right now, which is disappointing. Quote

I didn't see that coming. They say he's a slow starter, but d*mn...He just needs to be more consistent.Hopefully just a bad outing. Quote
Stripes Posted June 19, 2012 Report Posted June 19, 2012 Games like that are always going to happen a couple times per year. It has gotten very frustrating watching Latos continue to struggle though. His early season woes aren't going away. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted June 20, 2012 Report Posted June 20, 2012 Last night a slugfest. Tonight a pitching duel. Can't say you don't have variety in this series. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted June 20, 2012 Author Report Posted June 20, 2012 Leake goes 7 innings, giving up only one run, but the Reds can only manage a single run of their own.Marshall is on the mound in the bottom of the 8th tied at 1. Quote
cincyhokie Posted June 20, 2012 Report Posted June 20, 2012 My god, Chapman is like a fragile teenage girl. He struggles for days when things don't go his way. More than that, he needs to get a second pitch. As of right now, he's actually a liability. Strange to say when 2 weeks ago he had a 0.00 ERA. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted June 20, 2012 Report Posted June 20, 2012 Well that's a tough one to lose. Quote
