I honestly believe the Bengals win this one. So does Vegas starting the Bengals out as a 2 point favorite at home.

Miami 22

Cincy 24

Just some notes:

Offense:

Passing: Bengals are ranked 6th and Miami 13th.

Rushing: Bengals are ranked 19th and Miami 16th.

Total: Bengals are ranked 8th and Miami 13th.

Defense:

Passing: Bengals 19th Miami 16th

Rushing: Bengals 22nd Miami 12th

Total: Bengals 20th Miami 10th.

The only reason I feel the Bengals will win, is so they can completely let me down on Monday Night vs the Steelers. I'll say this too. If the biggest NFL miracle since the 1985 Lions beat the 49ers and Dolphins in back to back weeks and the Bengals beat the Dolphins, Steelers, and Colts. I will put my house up and 401K and bet that they lose to Buffalo.

Hey, willie! Want a chance to get even?

Bet you a jersey of your choice the Bengals win.

sure. straight up.

Miami went in to Minny and won, GB and won, and then took PIT to the limit and lost on a crap call.

Miami 17

Cincy 13 14

OK so far

Miami wins on last second FG.

so if Miami wins on a last second field goal, and the final score is 17-13, err, uhm, uh, isn't the score before said field goal 14-13, Dolphins?

:-)

Yes, minor calculation error. Fixed above...

IMO this game won't be a game. It'll be a domination by Miami. The Bengals defense won't be able to stop the Dolphins running game led by Ricky Williams. The offense again won't establish anything until down by 21 points, and Miami's defense has settled into the prevent. Our offensive line won't protect Palmer, nor open many holes for the RB's to run through.

Sorry, but it's gonna suck dudes. Just the way I see it right now.

Cincy wins, then beats the pit stains then lose a shootout to the Colts in the highest scoring game of the season. I see the Bengals stopping the Miami rushing holding them to under 125 on the ground. Though with that it will leave a lot of man to man in the passing game so the only scoring Miami will do will be through the air. Brandon Marshall will have a good day but it won't be enough to overcome the Bengals no huddle offense which will prevail.

 WHO DEY!!

I honestly cant see the Bengals losing this one. They match up very well against the Dolphins on paper, and unless Ceddy has developed Fumblitis and Carson turns the ball over, I can see a potential blowout.....teasing us all once again, because we've got the Steelers and Colts after that.

Those of you predicting a Bengal win:

Have you checked the injury report? Who's going to cover Brandon Marshall, Bess and Fasano?

I expect Hall to cover Marshall and if not erase him like he did last year v Denver, he'll limit his yac.

Bess is a leading 3rd down WR in the league, so Trent or Crocker will have their hands full, and the Benglas are pretty bad stopping teams on 3rd down when healthy.

I imagine Crocker, Dhani and Brandon Johnson will be over Fasano, depending on the alignment, but that could be trouble. If you have Fasano on your fantasy team, start him.

Key stat for me is the Phins have nearly 3x as many sacks as the Bengals - 17 to 6.

I think the Bengals will play a closer game. Henne is not Matt Ryan. In the end, it will be the Bengals inability to get 3rd down stops that allows the Phins to move the ball and kick a game winner at the gun.

I hope you're right but what gives you confidence that Hall can "erase" a guy like Marshall on a bum hamstring?

Hall will be fine by Sunday. Marshall has not been exactly lighting up the scoreboard. Is more powerful than fast/sudden.

Exactly, we come out and get a big win blow out the dolphins (who are 0-3 on the road this season) and get everyone excited and then we pay a big egg against the Steelers, call the season done.

This team is so beat up right now, and its crazy because they just had a bye to get healthy. Nobody in the secondary seems ready to play yet, and now i saw Carson Palmer is on the injury report for this hip. Marvin did say he expects Carson to play though. This is a beat up team right now, so i dont know what to think of this game.

Would it change your mind any to know that the Fins are actually 3-0 on the road (0-3 at home)?

Done!

Unless I'm mistaken the above jersey bet is the only thing the Bengals still have to play for.
