Logic? No room for that. Plus, his mind is usually blank from all the goat-f**king.
BengalBax
Ok let me explain.......We were so bad for so long, our 8-8 in 2003 was like a 12-4 to other clubs. We were so pleased. 2004, 8-8 again. Well, Carson was essentially a rookie starter, oh well, acceptable. 2005, breakout year. Carson exploded, but guess what...teams started gameplanning for our one dimensional team. The problem is, Marvin can't adjust. We go 8-8 last year, and GOD knows this year. See my pattern. Marvin is a mediocre gameplanner and coach. Period. We have accepted it due to being so bad for so long. Well, now that we have had a taste of playoff football, I WANT MORE. I want to go OVER THE TOP. We can't, in my opinion, with this staff. Hopefully that explains it to you guys. Jeezus
HoosierCat
oh bs dont put this on marvin at some points the players have to rise upYeah, and when they don't at some point you have to ask if the coach has lost the team.At some point you have to ask why none of the guys (kilmer, jeanty) they thought would be back after the bye were back, and ask why we are using roster spots on them.At some point you have to ask why after two weeks off everyone else is still hurt and the team looks out-coached (by Herm f**king Edwards!!!!) volcom69
They had a freakin bye week Marvin has to set the tone get these guys ready to go out and play and if u ask me he didnt, these players are walkin around like its no ones business at practice and on game days they have no energy nothing. I bet all of these guys laugh at the way Marvins coaching this team when he turns his back i bet they all laugh. Look at practice this last week for these guys and Chad and them walking around no sense of urgency this is just another team with no heart or no desire to win and if so then u can show me where u see it. bnglsboi8532
the thing that makes it worse for me is that were bad all the way around even our medical staff mis-diagnosing people time after time. We hear about this all the time, when is this going to be talked about as a problem and a point of emphasis on needing to get better, they hurt us more then anything by our players reinjuring themselves because of our crack staff, think of all the players that have missed so many games and are of no use to us on the sideline! I'm not saying its our biggest problem but it is a huge problem is it not?
damiancasey
I just signed on so I apologize if I'm recapping posts but I have to vent...We look worse than we did two weeks ago and I'm starting to feel like we're a big fraud. We basically have 4 players - Carson, Housh, CJ (who I'm getting very sick of), and Watson (who looked suprisingly good). Our defense is literally non-existant - Gonzalez was doing whatever the hell he wanted. Our O-Line is gone. The team as a whole looks like they are playing for they're next paycheck and looks like they are being held together right now by scotch tape.By the way...there were two guys today anouncing the game. I can't remember the younger guy's name but I aboslutely can't stand him. His voice and comments are like fingernails on a chalkboard. Bengals1
I'm looking at the rest of the schedule and I only see 3 games THIS team has a CHANCE of winning...St. Louis, Miami, and maybe Arizona. Other than that, they are SCREWED.Nah, they'll win 1 or 2 more through November and then rip off 3-4 wins -- if the Bungles are back, so is the infamous Dead Cat Bounce -- in the last 4 weeks to finish 6-10 or 7-9. And we'll only be a couple players/calls/breaks away...no cause for major changes...steady as she goes...yadda, yadda, yadda.Yeah win just enough meaningless games to cause them to get a worse draft pickYep, I was going to post the exact same thing. We'll go 2-6 thru the first 8 games this year and then when we have everybody back, Perry, Henry, Brooks, Joseph etc.... we'll win 5 of our last 8 and finish 7-9.What's the point you ask? Simple, instead of drafting 4th or 5th where we probably should be, we'll instead wind up picking 12th or 13th instead. And the talent level difference between 4th and 13th is huge. But then, what does it really matter? We'll only end up drafting either the wrong guy or the right one and then he'll get injured. HairOnFire
Bad game. But a very funny thread. Laugh. Out. Loud. Funny. In fact, you guys remind me of Republican candidates attempting to position yourself as the most outraged. Vote for me. I'm apoplectic.
