COB Posted Friday at 11:43 PM Report Posted Friday at 11:43 PM Egbuka woukd be an amazing pick in the 2nd round. I don’t know where he is projected, but he’d be a good pick. Tough to justify when we brought Burton in with a 3rd, just have to not fall victim to the sunken cost fallacy. Tag and trade Tee, get a second rounder for him. Pick Egbuka in the second. Make Burton return kicks in camp until he quits. If he even shows up for camp. Quote

TJJackson Posted Saturday at 05:36 PM Report Posted Saturday at 05:36 PM I think we should offer a r5 pick for former 1st rounder Michael Mayer https://lastwordonsports.com/nfl/2025/03/01/breaking-raiders-put-former-starter-michael-mayer-on-trade-block-5-teams-who-could-pursue-him/ Burrow is the TE Whisperer Quote
ArmyBengal Posted Saturday at 10:07 PM Report Posted Saturday at 10:07 PM Mayer is a local kid as well. I went to high school with his dad. The Raiders have been such a mess and then they turn around and draft Bowers, I could see a change of scenery doing Mayer well. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted Saturday at 10:13 PM Report Posted Saturday at 10:13 PM Not sure how they could be expecting much after his first two seasons being labeled as “Disastrous”… Quote
ArmyBengal Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Scenario…. The Raiders are willing to trade TE Michael Mayer. He was the #35 pick in the 2023 draft. That spot is valued at 550 points, but I’ve seen reports of offering a 5th rounder that even at the first pick in the 5th is worth 36 points. Tee Higgins was the #33 pick in the 2020 draft. That spot is valued at 580 points and we are looking for a top 50 pick in return which bottoms out at 400 points. The Bengals pick at #17 (950 points) and the Raiders pick at #6 (1600 points). So the question is… Would you trade Tee to the Raiders for Michael Mayer and swapping #17 for #6 overall ?? This is purely for fun, based on a trade chart that no one knows how closely it’s followed. Don’t get worked up… Quote
ArmyBengal Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Saw another trade idea out on the Google machine of us trading Tee and a 4th to Jacksonville for the 5th overall pick. I like the idea of having two first rounders. Quote
HoosierCat Posted 15 hours ago Author Report Posted 15 hours ago If they can’t get Tee extended I would entertain both scenarios. Quote
