Just fuck off.

Taylor should be made to walk back to Cincinnati.

I’m wondering what’s up with Mike Geseki I figured he would have more catches then he does now. Just don’t hear his name called much. Really any TEs figured he would use them more

Bengals haven’t figured out who WR3 is. Gesicki? Yoshi? The draft pick who never gets to play?

Before I forget, I would just like to tip my hat to Dave Latham, who in his radio call of the kickoff return for a TD compared Charlie Jones to Nadia Comaneci.

For the record Dave, i got the comp.

I have completed the voodoo ritual. The spirits demand sacrifice.

I "watched" via radio again today

Our record when I watch via radio is now 2 wins and one 3 point loss in overtime

But thanks for keeping Jobu happy, Stripes

The offense did just barely enough to tie.   If not for Chuck Sizzle, this might have been a loss

Whats happened to Money Mac?

what jersey did you go with this week, Army?

After they fucked up my Atkins mojo, there will be no jersey wearing until further notice. Instead I hit the recliner, grabbed a blanket and dozed off in between plays. Pretty much how every Sunday should be.

I cannot/will not take any credit, as I failed to mention the bottle of Eagle Rare I had sitting on the table next to me for the game.
However, this served as a multi-purpose approach.

#1.  My back was killing me as I was on my feet all Saturday evening entertaining people at a birthday party.
#2.  Just in case the Bengals shit the bed against the Browns yet again, nothing would get thrown at my new TV.
#3.  Do I need a reason?  It's just really good...

Oh yeah, the dog is doing well.

The biggest issue from the last 3 weeks is multiple times the Defense has handed the offense short fields either via TO or 4th down stop and they seemingly have come away with 0 points.  Either missed FGs, TOs or whatever.

Other than that it was a solid win, IMO.

I will also say its amazing how many PIs the Bengals don't get.    By the letter of the law the ones called on the Bengals secondary can be defended.   However there a now a handful of instances of that same degree of officiating has not gone the other way.

The picking up the flag vs. Browns is mind numbing.  A the closest ref didn't throw a flag with a clear attempt to impeded the receiver because he was beat.   The far side ref makes the call.   Then I assume the closest ref over ruled.   Criminal, IMO.

Yes, the refs need to do a better job clarifying what is and is not an "uncatchable" ball.
Is it uncatchable because it was clearly over thrown or thrown out of bounds, or because the receiver was impeded?
On the non call for Chase, he was clearly impeded and that should have been a flag.

That being said, I don't complain about flags all that much.
I too, thought it was a solid win.  Could have been prettier?  A bigger margin?  Sure.
However, whenever you can go on the road against a division rival and walk out with a win, that's a good thing.

Just look to keep improving.  Like all offenses don't have a Lamar Jackson, not all defenses have Myles Garrett.
Although, I thought they did a great job containing Garrett on the day as well.  Another win.
They also held the savior Nick Chubb to 22 yards and a TD, with a 2 yard average.  Another win.

Focus on the Eagles, win that game and get the team back to .500 for the season.

What was frustrating yesterday was watching the offense fritter away the first half. Browns would have been up 10-7 at the half if their kicker could hit anything, and an actual NFL-caliber offense likely would have put up even more points.

At the end of the day I'm not complaining. I will take a division win on the road any day of the week. But if the offense waits until Q3 to pull its head out of its ass against the Eagles or Ravens they will be staring at a 20+ point deficit when the second half kicks off.
