I think the question is will he ever be 100 percent again, I hope so but we never know.

I also don't think the coaches are going to just throw him out there if they don't think he is ready for it.

I am very nervous about this one

I dont want him in at not 100%, and have him re-aggravate the injury and be gone again

Darrell Revis said it took him 2 years from the day of the injury until he felt 100%.

There's really no chance of him re-inuring the knee because it's not healed - he'll hurt it again or he won't, now, or 5 years from now, from what I understand. A "slower" Burfict is probably a better run-stuffing LB than anything they have, and that might be the biggest weakness so far of this team - they're 21st I think?

So I'm ok with it if there's no additional risk - see how he does, we'll find out.

Yeah, from what I've read the issue is longevity, not a risk of re-injury. In any event he'll only get a handful of snaps. What's potentially more aggravating is that they may sit Dawson to make space for Burfict on the game day roster.
