I won't quibble over the pick of Zeitler over DeCastro. Time will tell if that was the right call and we will get to see it up close and personal twice a year. I always liked Zeitler and love that we got him where we did and were able to grab another pick.

The Bengals are now saying they would have taken Zeitler at #21 had they not taken the trade offer from the Pats.

I guess that all depends on what you want to believe. I think at the time, had they taken Zeitler over DeCastro, I would have been pissed, but like I said before, I'm not quibbling over any of it now and am happy with how things worked out.

They took an interior O-lineman in the first !!!

He is quicker than Zeit, but not as strong.

I figure that Zeitler's more of a RG and DeCastro is more a LG.

Bengals signed two LGs in the offseason. Zeitler's probably the better fit to team need.

Well could be they see Zeitler more as a pure RG where Decastro would be more what they prefered from their LG in the past(Quick agile able to pull ala steinbach)

Which is why they could have prefered Zeitler being in the North you tend to have Very Strong beast of men in the middle...Ngata,Hampton

Well, according to the Bengals, had they stayed put at #21, they would have taken Zeitler over DeCastro.

So there's that. I'm just happy they went that way at all, when it appeared they may have gone in another direction.
