This year I gotta go with Dontay Moch Even though I wanted us to bring Bjohnson back as our Starting SLB and not take a LB in top half of the draft...I just really like this guys upside and look forward to seeing what he can do in the "Gerber Package"

AZJ GRANE!!!!!

Not sure who that is... but I'll assume it's a drunken attempt at declaring your undying affection for Matt Jones.

Crap you got me b4 i could edit it, lol. I'm perfectly sober :sure:

Liked A.J. Green in the 1st ... was scared to death that they were going to take Cam Newton.

Dalton seems like a good pick ... I'd feel a lot better about it if he were 6'6" and about 40 pounds heavier.

Just worried about him ending up on the bottom of some Ravens or steelers shoe.

My favorite pick is AJ Green and by a very very wide margin.

FWIW I think most Bengals fans have pictured Green in stripes for so many months that the idea became almost mundane. Or if you prefer, too familiar to be sexy.

But despite all of that...AJ Green in stripes is still a badass kinda thing.

Dalton.

I know some of you have expressed concern over whether he can be a solution being a 2nd rounder, but perhaps my many years of Bengals fandom have made me overly suspicious of supposed saviors in the 1st round. Jack Thompson, David Klingler, Akili Smith, hell, even no balls Palmer have all disappointed to varying extents.

Ken Anderson and Boomer Esiason were not 1st rounders and did just fine. Better still, by waiting until round 2, they ensured getting a difference maker in round 1, rather than gambling on a qb who might indeed suck out loud in Gabbert. In fact, Dalton has as much chance of making it in the NFL as Gabbert does, and the risk is properly minmized by taking him with the 2nd pick. Miss on Gabbert and cripple the team for years. Miss on Dalton, and perhaps Andrew Luck is the prize. Point is, it is more easily fixable.

Dalton by far for me, because it signals the end of the ball-less Palmer era and properly distributes the risk involved in finding your next franchise qb.

2009: Rey Maualuga.....Wanted him badly that year, and still glad they got him

2010: Jermaine Gresham.....I pimped him hard before last years draft, and I just love the skills this guy has. WATCH OUT, year 2? Jay Gruden? West Coast Offense? F**KING SICK !!!!! Also, when was the last time a Bengals TE had 52 Receptions? and he was a Rookie who missed almost his whole Senior year. Watch what he does in Year 2

2011: AJ Green....How could anybody NOT be excited about this pick? This guy is a STUD, and can team with Gresham to give the Bengals a scary WR/TE tandem like Reggie Wayne/Dallas Clark, Roddy White/Tony Gonzalez or Jason Witten/Miles Austin, ......Whoever the QB will be HAS to Love that!!!

Green and Sands get my juices flowing. But not in a homo-type way I hasten to add.

why so he could be like Mallett? His size is pretty normal for WCO QB.
