BengalszoneBilly
Something doesn't seem right here. Why the one year lapse between this alleged incident and the suit being filed?
Sea Ray
Seems to me she should be suing the idiot who drank the beer. I understand he probably doesn't have any money but suing the Bengals just because they have deeper pockets doesn't make it right. Mike Brown's lawyers have beaten the IRS and Hamilton County. They'll have no problem swatting this lady down
membengal
Something doesn't seem right here. Why the one year lapse between this alleged incident and the suit being filed? Not unusual for that kind of time lapse. I would assume negotiations were had over a period of time between the team and the woman's lawyers and fell through. Or maybe no neogotiations and this is a surprise. But I think Ohio's Statute of Limitations for filing a personal injury action is two years, so...this was filed to preserve her action I would guess. Scottishbengal
I am amazed - I apologised to her at the time and offered to buy her a beer. It was her fault anyway - if she would have had her mouth open then this wouldn't have happened. You don't see me sueing her for nearly breaking my cock with her nose!
