HoosierCat
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp10/columns/story?columnist=schefter_adam&id=5424453Palmer said he put on the film of the Bengals' first two practices and just watched Owens."He was exploding off the ball," Palmer said. "I just looked at it and started giggling and laughing like a little kid."Cincinnati's biggest weakness last season was its lack of deep passes. Owens and former Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Bryant will help there, maybe dramatically."T.O. and Antonio may not be the fast, speedy players," Lewis said. "But they're so big and their strides are so long, they're speed burners."With Owens, Bryant, Ochocinco and the rest of the Bengals' roster, Palmer believes this Cincinnati team is ready to go bowling."I don't know why we can't win the Super Bowl," Palmer said with conviction. "There's absolutely no reason we can't win every game on our schedule."Tough schedule? Carson don't need your steenkin' tough schedule...I love this team, the whole crazy fugged-up bunch'a 'em! Stripes
I love this team, the whole crazy fugged-up bunch'a 'em! As do I. What I love most is their utter disregard for what any media personnel has to say about what they're doing. The silly names on this roster are so wonderfully "Cincinnati", and it's an identity I've grown to adore, alongside the other still-blooming identity of a nasty bully. BengalszoneBilly
He mentioned the word "undefeated"? Whoa, that's a big word in todays NFL.
volcom69
Expectations are huge for this team, how will they handle it? I guess thats what we are about to find out, but i do love this team as well. If the defense gets better, and the passing game clicks then the sky is the limit
ArmyBengal
What were we saying about "Be the Bully" ??Let everyone know you are coming to kick their ass, then go out and do just that. He's setting the bar pretty high and will have to make sure he's ready.I like what we are seeing to this point. When Carson Palmer falls in water, he does get wet, water gets Carson Palmer... derekshank
He mentioned the word "undefeated"? Whoa, that's a big word in todays NFL.In the interest of being fair to Palmer's comments, he never used the word "undefeated." He said that there's no reason they shouldn't win every game. Is it a bold thing to say? No question. But saying "I don't know why we can't win the Super bowl" isn't exactly a prediction. Just a belief that they have the talent to beat any team they will come across. But yeah, these are by far the ballsiest words I've ever heard come from Palmer's mouth. Sea Ray
He mentioned the word "undefeated"? Whoa, that's a big word in todays NFL.I didn't see the word "undefeated" in this..."I don't know why we can't win the Super Bowl," Palmer said with conviction. "There's absolutely no reason we can't win every game on our schedule."He's just saying that he feels confident that everytime they take the field they can win.He was smart not to use the term undefeated as that would be a burden
JoePong
Talk about misinterpreting a quote... Basically all he said is they are capable of beating every team on their schedule. Pretty much every team in the NFL can say that. He wasn't predicting an undefeated season.

Pretty much every team in the NFL can say that. He wasn't predicting an undefeated season.Talk about misinterpreting a single word. The title of the freaking thread says "can go undefeated", not "will go undefeated". Who exactly didn't already know what you surely were excited to tell here? redsbengalsbucks
I love this team, the whole crazy fugged-up bunch'a 'em! Even Andre? The only people who love Andre right now are the Fast Food joints around Cincinnati.I still find his talent very tantalizing. He has a bad foot, once it heals he still has the potential to be the best O-Lineman drafted last year.Cant say as I love him or the fact that he seems to lack the fire to play, but I am still waiting to see him play(if he ever does) before losing all my faith in his immense talent.Same as AB's bum knee, I'm in wait and see mode. Maybe both will be playing in the first game of the season at Foxboro.
