HoosierCat
The Seahawks have cut LenDale White. May be related to an upcoming 4-game substance abuse related suspension./>http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/lendale-white-seattle-seahawks-released-cut-052810I say he's worth a look. If Benson goes down (and he has yet to put in a whole 16 game season in his career) we have problems. Not a lot of spots for RBs on the final roster, tho... Trevor
Idk,.. I reall don't think we should carry 4 rbs,.. Especially since fui can be used as a power back also... But hey if he's still around in the regular season... And ced goes down (God forbid) then yeah give him a call

You pick him up for peanuts, work with him through August, then you have until October to actually make a roster move, by which time 5 preseason games + 4 regular season games may have created some openings on the roster. If not, let him go.
Kazkal
Ya the suspension would help alot would give them 5 weeks then if they haven't had any injurys and can't justify him a spot they can cut him loose no problem...Imo would be another good move though the media would have you think otherwise. Trevor
Hmm,.. well if we can get rid of him towards the middle of the season as long as everyones still healthy then i'd like to bring him in... I know he's in better shape. But idk,.. I really dont like drug users... I know there are some on this team but they havent been busted for it at least... I heard simpson smoked weed,.. I hope not

Kazkal
sounds like he was cut for having a Jamarcuss Russel work ethic.

ShulaSteakhouse
I would think that even the Redeemer himself has reached his redemption limit for this year?
BengalPimp
LenDale White never had speed. I doubt his lost weight will improve his 4.65 40 time. His MO was a big bruising back. He's reportedly down to 220lbs (at 6'1") that mean he's 5 lbs lighter than Benson (at 5'11"). Suspension aside, you have to question why the Seahawks wouldn't even keep him around until training camp. I mean, their RB's are Julius Jones, Leon Washington (3rd Down) and Quentin Ganther.....Hardly a solid Backfield.I say No, we're fine with the RB's we've got.....Even if something were to happen to Benson (I hope not) I like Bernard Scott and think he could carry the ball 20 times a game. Granted Scott is no Chris Johnson, but Johnson dispelled the notion that a 5'11" 200lb back couldn't carry that big of a load (358 carries last season). Bernard Scott is about the same size (5'10" 200lbs).
COB
Someone at PBS should hide the waiver list from the Toy Taker.

TV's out since he hasn't sprung for a digital converter (he's convinced if he plays around with the rabbit ears enough he'll get the picture back) and all the furniture has been warped out of shape by Lippy's big a$$, but you can still smoke there (actually encouraged since it makes people on the outside believe he's thinking) and Troy does all the cleaning. derekshank
Okay... 2 years ago Lendale White showed up to camp looking more like a DT than a RB. We're talking Jeremi Johnson fat. Last year he was down between 220 and 230 (he said from cutting tequilla from his diet)... but couldn't manage to get on the field. Now, he's down under 218... (Pete Caroll mentioned that he was never even that small at USC), but despite his weight loss, he's apparently not in football shape. He barely paricipated in OTAs and only lasted four days with the Seahawks. Now we find out he's got a four game suspension for substance abuse.I'm beginning to doubt his weight loss was ever due to being in good playing condition. I know this is reading between the lines, but would anyone be surprised if we learned he has a real drug problem? You know, the kind that causes unhealthy weight loss?
