ShulaSteakhouse Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Totally schooled the Bengals' on an easy screen and taking advantage of the blitz. Not looking good. Have to hold them to a FG here. Quote
ShulaSteakhouse Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 This is why I don't go to home games anymore. Quote
jonf45uk Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 where's the intensity from last week?? Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Four touchdowns for Shaub. The defense is making him look like Brett Favre. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 where's the intensity from last week??Banged up & in the locker room? Quote
kingwilly Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 cannot get a stop. who is getting fooled here? is it the LB or SS? I think they are dropping the LB's too deep and not accounting for Slaton out of the backfield. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Well...it ain't like we haven't been here before. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 We give up too much yardage to running backs :/ ya they may not be rushing for 100 but when their receiving for it Quote

membengal Posted October 18, 2009 Author Report Posted October 18, 2009 Flat defensive effort (foreseeable after the emotion of the last week), injuries to D-line, and an inspired Texans team.Bad combination. Quote
kingwilly Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 nothing like having a game against the Bengals to get an offense back on track. The defense needs to figure out how to neutralize Slaton. If it is over-blitzing, then that needs to get adjusted. Timing of the blitz looks like the problem. they need to give it a pause before flying in. Be smart here with the ball. run, run run...manage the drive. only down by 11. planty of time to play smart. AGrizzlyBaer Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 They are just losing their heads... Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Need a turnover BIGTIME! Quote
Pidge Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Ah well, it would have been nice for the O to bail out the D for once. Guess it's just not meant to be. Quote
HoosierCat Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 No offense + no defense is a bad combo. Oh, well. Maybe it's a good thing for this team to get a kick in the crotch now and then. Worked in week one... Quote
whizzo Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 man... looking very much again like last year's Bengals again. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Looks like texans wish they kept harris around. Quote
