BengalszoneBilly
Well here's mine. The win against Tennessee last season will become a distant memory. The song will remain the same as far as how Cincinnati linemen play. It doesn't matter offense or defense, they'll all continue to not do their jobs. Carson Palmer will again not have time in the pocket against a potent defense, and likely won't improve his woeful QB rating by much. Chris Perry will be lucky to sniff 80+ yards rushing, and special teams will be anything but.I pray I'm wrong, but from what I've seen through pre-season and the Ravens game, I doubt it. bwillycuse
I think we see a much better played game by the bengals. Crowd noise wont be against them. We will move the ball on offense and the D will hold tight.I see a 27-17 game. Or maybe I hope. I refuse to believe we are that bad.Baltimore at home is a tough game for anyone. I dont know what to expect from Collins, but he cant do worse than our Mental Case did last week. I expect short passes, but we will live and die by the run. Our strength is our D. Big Al will play......he wants to reach his incentive levels so we wont Tag him again next year. Our DLINE is a beast....every one of them. Our LB are good. Our Backfield is solid. Finnegan....remember that name. Griffin.....Remember that one too. I wish you luck, but I hope we smash you and get your coach fired....that would help both of us wouldnt it? GO TITANS.............By the way...I am from gotitans.com . How do I get access to the SMACK board.

In the page index it's mentioned as a forum detail. Not much there. Looks like an intra-divisional troll corral to me... but ammo, I disagree with your post a bit. I think Collins will stretch the field. I see some gunslinger stuff out of the wily vet. I expect him to hang in the pocket and throw crisp passes. We'll see... I Think he will approach even surpass 200 yards passing. I see somthing like 16/22 206 yds 2 tds. idk. just a GUESS. i Lendale and Johnson combining for north of 150 yards... sound reasonable? Spor_tees
The Titans sacked Gerrard 7 times in week one...poor poor Carson. He is going to get killed tomorrow. If they were smart they would just have Carson and Jordan switch jerseys and let Jordan get killed to start the game and then have Carson come in and surprise the Titans! kvb93
The Titans do have a really tough defense and if the Bengals defense doesn't step it up a whole lot it going to be a tough day to be a Bengals fan. As a Titans fan I hope we win, but here's to a great game tomorrow.

I dunno BiPolar, I hope Kerry can get it together and show us something, but he is going to have to prove it to me. Carson is a Sick QB...would love to have someone like him in TN. combatbengal
We looked like crap in pre-season and all I heard was it's just preseason (excuses). We look worse during week one! No way we come close to fixing what needs to be repaired to even compete. I hope I'm wrong

We will allow well mannered guests. You Tennessee fans fill that bill. Please continue.
ArmyBengal
The worst thing that could have happened for the Titans just happened. USC just spanked the sh*t out of Ohio St. and Carson will come out motivated to throw for 350 yards and 3 TD's to lead the Bengals to a 24-21 win at home !!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GOD !!! Anyway, I will be rooting !!!WHODEY !!!
redsbengalsbucks
So far this year every one of the teams I like has been a miserable failure, I hope the Bengals can start to turn it around today, but I dont have alot of faith left. jonf45uk
at the moment i can't see anything else than a titans win . Our Defence did alright against the ravens(bearing how much time they spent out there)- but the ravens have a very average offence.our own offence has not looked that bad for a long time, and, yes, it was against a good(not great) baltimore defence, but there was no cohesion, or any ideas of how to adapt during the game.the titans have a decent defence too, and will be able to stop the run and get to carson quite easily if last week is anything to go by.I expect more poor play calling, and probably poor execution.....i hope i'm wrong, but i can see tenesee being able to run the clock down in the 2nd half and move the ball without too much hassle.but, as i said, i hope i'm wrong!!!jon
Pidge
Titans will win. The margin of victory is the only uncertainty for me. Our linemen will spend all game slapping wildly at thin air. Perry as the RB - Christ, give me strength.

Ox
I have the feeling it's going to be a long day, but stranger things have happened than the Bengals actually playing a decent game. It all starts on the offensive line. If Whitworth cannot keep Al off the back of Carsons head, it's game over.

kingwilly
THe weather today begs the issue of gameplanning and roster management. They've known it was going to be raining and windy. They've known that CJ and TJ are not 100%.It would make sense that they would go run heavy with the personnel activated. Add the other FB, get DeDe some regular plays. Develop the WR and TE screen and the RB passes in the flat. Short, low-risk pass game. Dink and dunk the Titans into frustration, forcing the TENNY LB's and S's to bite underneath, then give it a hurl to a young guy that there isn't much film on.Will they get the run game solidified? Will the O-line get the act together? wow, I hope so.If the Bengals come out winging the ball into the wind I just saw mussing up Dan Fouts's hair, then there is not much hope for this team.Yesterday, Mizzou destroyed Nevada with Chase Daniels throwing the underneaths, the short to midd-range passes and the recievers used a slippery field to make one cut and gain significant yards. It was the perfect example of adjusting to the conditions and using the tools properly.Should Brat really bugger this gameplan, it will be time to escalate the effort to get him ousted. volcom69
Can somebody please tell me why they wont let Shirly or Simms play at D-tackle what do they have to lose i really want to see these guys play and each week there out. D. Blackstock is starting over Jeanty today wonder what happend there, and Rucker starting again i would have liked to have seen Odom start i wonder if they are just being cautious or what. Orange and black fanatic
This is a pivotal game. I think it will determine the rest of the season for the Bengals.I just don't have much faith in our coaching staff to prepare this team. Collins CANNOT run. Shirley is a monster that needs exposure to live game situations when it counts.Jeanty also may have some lingering leg issue. No need to start the guy with the rod in his leg against LeDale and Johnson.Again with Odom. how healthy he is is the question. I'd like to see him earning his pay ASAP. I won't say BUST yet but he has spotted us the "B" so far.
